Answer:	I had a problem with my plush carpeting. The suction was so much it was hard to push. WOW, there is an adjustable collar to reduce the suction. Works great.

Answer:	ANY vacuum with a beater brush can be adjusted to be easier to use on the carpet. Start with the cleaner on the carpet you want to clean, with the head raised as high as it will go. Turn it on and start to lower the brush head slowly, one click at a time. You will hear the tone change when the brush makes contact with the carpet. Drop it one or two more clicks until you hear the tone of the brush head get noticeably lower as it pushes hard against the carpet. Then take it back up one click. That will be an optimal height for cleaning and the brush head will actually help propel the unit as you clean; more of an assist vs. self propelled.
Question:	We have only had our vacuum for a few weeks, and it smells like dog when we turn it on. What can we do
Answer:	No No No Lol, do not use soap it will ruin the filter faster, it gets stuck in the micro fibers, I repair vacuums and Steamers and hear and see this all the time, wash filters w water only let dry 24 to 48 hrs, drying in sun is fine, completely dry before putting back in you can use a scent tabs on the side top of the filter, also you can spray Lysol or disinfectant on the carpet {test small area to make sure no stain} and run the vacuum over it, and of course new filters, recommended every 2 years, if you have pets or kids or both every year, if cleaning service more often
Question:	What is the difference between the Shark NV356E and the Shark
Answer:	Hi Madeline. I did a brief review of the nv356e at the Amazon site, compared to the 360 (which I own). The 356e claims to have a 9.5" vacuum path, while the 360 is 11". The 360 is 15 or so lbs, the 356e is 14 lbs. It appears the technology and mechanical functioning of the models are nearly identical. Attachments are also similar. I own two of the 360s, which I bought from Target. I'm very happy with them.

We’ll show you how: Turn the power off. Hold the hand vacuum vertically and press the release button to release the dirt cup. Remove the filter by grabbing the tabs and pulling up from the dirt cup Empty dirt into a waste container After heavy usage, remove any pet hair or dirt and debris from the filter and hand wash under warm water. Wash and rinse the filter gently and leave it out to dry. Answer:	This vacuum works on all types of flooring: laminate, tile, wood, marble, travertine, etc. I have never had a problem with it scratching.

I honestly can not say why there's a price difference between the 3 models offered as they, to me, appear to be the same in all respects but color when I study their photos (noticing that the listed attributes do not change at all between models). I can say that I am so very pleased with my $24.99 / blue vacuum because it does exactly what I bought it for (tiled floors &low pile throw rugs) and taking advantage of the hand-held changeability is huge (***** great at sussing "stuff" out of cracks between stove & cabinetry, and snatching creepy-crawlies off the ceiling)

Answer:	It looks like it should stand up to a number of gentle light cleaning/brush-offs and several washes, but it would be convenient to have at least one spare, so I can use that while the other one is drying. Be careful, there are a number of Bissell featherweight vacuums, and they take different filters. Bissell part number 1611508 is hard to find, but with the part number in hand, I found my local vacuum repair shop was able to order it ($4.99, no s&h), and I was able to order it from Bissell.com ($3.75 +$5.95 s&h) and partswarehouse.com ($4.99 & $5.98 S&h)

Question:	What is the warranty on this vacuum
Answer:	Did you know that the suction can be adjusted? When I first started using it, I couldn't even hardly push it on my very dense carpet. Very dense deep pile carpet actually needs less suction. I adjusted the suction down to the lowest setting and it works great now. I still use high suction for our hardwood floors. I love this vacuum! It works great on all of our floor surfaces.
Question:	How many amps
Answer:	The floor brush can be turned off by setting the on/off switch to the middle or #1 position. The handheld brush is operated by the airflow and cannot be turned off. Hope this answers your question.
Question:	We have 6 cats, is this the best vac for cat hair
Answer:	I have 4 dogs, 2 cats and 14 Guineas pigs. I would Bieber buy another vacuum cleaner after the fiasco we had last time. I had always used Shark but made the mistake of purchasing another vacuum that was on sale - BIG mistake. Shark is incredible. We have had it for 4 years and it is still going strong. And 2 of our dogs are long haired German shepherds. This machine is quiet enough where I can actually put the nozzle into my piggy cages to clean them - it picked up small amounts of hay and all of their poo. Super simple. We are getting another because we're so impressed with it.

Answer:	I have the standard brush. I might have gone with the premium brush if I had hardwood floors. The standard brush model has a three-way power switch which I believe the premium also has (Off, Suction Only, Suction with Brush). The Suction Only works really well on tile. The Dust-Away attachment is nice but I only have tile and not much of it so I frequently vacuum, suction only, and mop as needed.

The WH-1000XM4 can do everything that the Pulse 3D can do and has many additional features. The sound quality, microphones, noise cancelation, comfort, build quality, battery life, charging speed, and wireless pairing of the WH-1000XM4 are superior in every way compared to the Pulse 3D. The PS5's 3D audio will work with the XM4s. I have had the XM3 model for 2 years and I absolutely love them. They work great with my PS4. Because I was so happy with the XM3 I decided to upgrade to the XM4. I've owned Bose and Beats before but I've found them lacking in features. I can not recommend the WH-1000XM4 enough. Answer:	It depends on what you mean by moisture. If you mean a puddle of water, then no. If you mean some dry cat food that got water splashed on it by an overzealous drinker at the water bowl and is now the softness of sliced bread or some damp sand trekked in from outside, then yes - I've had no problems with either.

Answer:	The suction is so strong & vacuum so heavy I can’t even push it on high pile, only low pile & hardwood.
