Question:	I have a 3-step stairscase w/ a 3ft friction ramp. Can the robot be programmed to move between rooms via ramps? What max ramp angle cud it handle
Answer:	I had two layers of bathroom floor granite tiles stacked up on the floor and the Robot S6 just climbed right over it 'roughly' but was able to get down by itself without issue. It was smart enough to stop the rubber sweeper tenticles stop spinning when it reached rough spots. Once the Robot S6 gets down from the rough two layers granite tiles the spinning rubber tenticles restart spinning. Not sure how steep the slopes (inclination) can be to fool the Robot to climb up....hmmm good to experiment and make a YouTube video , I am sure a lot of viewers will be interested. But I have not time to do this. sorry.
Question:	Does this require Alexa
Answer:	It can work with Alexa but doesn't require it. You can directly control it from the RoboRock mobile app uisng your phone after you configure it with your WiFi.
Question:	How does it know not to mop carpet
Answer:	We are sorry to tell you the device could not recognize the carpet and leave it away with mopping module installed. I'm afraid you need uninstall the mopping module before cleaning the carpet.
Question:	Does this have 2 year warranty
Answer:	This is not true. We bought the S6 August 31, 2019. It failed within a few days. We returned (got refund from Amazon), and made the mistake of purchasing another. In fairness, it worked from mid September 2019- March-April 2019. However, the unit kept giving different 'error codes'. We went online and "fixed", only to have the latest error plaguing the machine for about 3 weeks now. Robot goes for a few minutes. stops and announces 'error code'- re-boot to original factory setting. We have done so close to 30 times now and the problem has not been resolved. So where is the 1 year warranty? We are being asked by Customer "service" to mail the robot, wait for price to repair etc.... Buyer beware. Even Neato an Irobot do a decent replacement warranty.

Question:	Does hair get tangled in the rollers ? I own a small salon and would like to run this at night as an extra measure of tidiness
Answer:	I CAN STATE WITHOUT QUALIFICATION..That this handles hair better than anything else I have tried. I was worried about it cause my Shark Pet Vacuum became hopelessly wrapped up in our pet hair over time and I could not see how this little battery powered unit could work.. but.. I HAVE TESTED IT AND FOUND IT GOOD.. cause the rubber beater bars are solid (no little brushes for the hair to wind around and get caught in).. and when the hair does wrap around it, I can reach down, push my finger UNDERNEATH the hair cause the rubber is soft and hollow.. so I can push it down, get my finger under the hair and pull it up.. thereby breaking it and removing it easily. Granted my I3 is only 2 weeks old but I took it upstairs to my carpet and it had trouble with the huge quantity of hair (only to be expected) so I vacuumed with my super duty kenmore to get the major amount of hair up, then tried it again and it worked perfectly this time.. (before it would fill up the bin every 5 minutes so it was a drag) and it only filled up the bin every 20 minutes. Every time I emptied the bin, I looked for stuck hair wrapped around the roller and only a small amount .. maybe one hair was wrapped around it. I removed it as above and returned it to service.
Question:	How far does it travel (distance)? How long does it clean
Answer:	My house is one level 2600 square feet of livable space it does the entire house bathrooms kitchen laundry room dining rooms bedroom everything it starts at 8am finish at 2:30 depending on how dirty and amount of times it has to recharge and resume cleaning as you send it out daily it will determine if the area is clean enough and focus more time on where it feels it dirty but does every area until sensors say it’s clean
Question:	Can i use two towers with one rumba
Answer:	Two Clean Bases may be used in separate areas of the home. During a clean mission Roomba will only return to the Clean Base it was started from.
Question:	How long does it take to recharge itself
Answer:	We recommend letting any model of Roomba charge overnight for the initial charge. After a cleaning mission is completely finished. The Roomba would be recharged in approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Answer:	The Roomba has a clearance of 5/8" and can transition up to 1/2" thresholds and rugs.
Question:	Can the E5 go over high thresholds (1/2 inch) between rooms with different types of flooring such as hard woods to tile or carpet
Answer:	The Roomba e5 has 5/8" clearance and should be able to transition up to 1/2 thresholds, rugs and difference in floor height. It does help if the change is subtle rather than a hard edge.
Question:	what about long human hair?we have 4 girls with long hair big problem with hair wrapping around vacuum brushes
Answer:	The design of the brushes is to help keep hair from getting tangled on them. We do suggest maintaining the robot and cleaning the brushes and the core robot weekly.

Answer:	I know a coworker that has this one that has 4 dogs and 2 cats that has this one and they raved just as much as I did. The 960 seems similar just comes with a wall barrier and extra items. The wall barrier is if you don’t want it to go in a certain area. I honestly put a laundry basket where I don’t want it to go to save money. I will replace cleaning items but not for a couple months. Either one will be great. Rugs...sometimes they get stuck on the small ones but large ones are fine. It goes right up. Small ones just sometimes it goes under for Some reason. Maybe too light and it pushes it?!

Answer:	Yes, this Robovac can work on the tile follors, but it's not suitable for a ver dark floor tile. Kindly advised that the RoboVac detects with infrared ray and very dark-coloured objects / carpets / floors absorb the ray, so the RoboVac will not be able to recognize them.
