| Answer: | We have three cats, and one in particular seems to have a cloud of fur following him. I love this thing. Wife poo-poo’d the thing until somebody she respects about housecleaning raved about them. We have a small place - about 1700 feet, and I don’t have it do the bedroom ‘half’ (rugs with tassels), but I turn it loose once a day (small rugs no tassels else hardwood) and it fills right up with orange cat fur every time. Picks up the stray cat litter also. PS, I chose NOT to spend a hundred bucks for the privilege of cluttering up my fone with more software. All you need to do is turn the darn thing on and off. Unlike Sherman, I only have one spot it’ll get hung up. It climbs over the tiles the plants sit on, goes around the scratching post, and works its way past the sliding door track (a bit noisy when it does it, but I do NOT have to go fetch). Only stick is the 3/4” rise between the sunroom and the kitchen IF it tries to take it straight on. Even then it’ll eventually get bored, back up and run off somewhere else. Perfect? No. Great? Yes. |

| Answer: | The 30 is a better model. It has better suction and boundary strips. Do not listen to Wapas. The 11s is the older model. If you want connected get the 30c. If the 30 is cheaper than an 11s which it is on 11-25-18 then get it. Service from company is great. I have the 30 and did need to return it but the company took care of it all at their expense. The 11s is very close and has the same features and algorithms I would assume just the strips and suction are different. Same form factor (size) as well. |

We set one for 3am in the morning when we are sleeping and it does the entire downstairs of the house while we sleep upstairs. It's quiet and docks it's self and I clean it out every morning. Just make sure you have wires out of the way so they can't get stuck on them or 'eat' them. |

| Answer: | We have had this vac since Christmas, we have a white dog the shed a lot. Our house was built in 1875 so there are lots of places in the floor for dust and pet hair to hide. I can say for us it is perfect. It is scheduled to run 3 nights a weeks and when we come down to clean floors in the morning it is wonderful. Suction power is great and it doesn’t get stuck or clogged easily. Controls are easy with the remote, app, and Alexa skill. I don’t have any complaints so far! |

| Answer: | Mine moves from low-pile carpet to linoleum and back without difficulty. It can also move across the metal threshold leading to the concrete balcony,, and back. I think it's going to depend on the pile of your rug; but I'd estimate between 1/4" to 1/2" would not be a problem. |

| Answer: | The RoboVac 30C can work without a WIFI connection or voice control via Alexa or Google Assistance. You can still use the remote control to operate it. However, the scheduled cleaning can only be done on Eufy APP when it is wifi connected. |
