Answer:	I can't say for sure, but I am a small woman 76 years old, weigh 105 pounds and I clean upstairs and downstairs carrying this vacum cleaner in a couple hours and it doesn't feel heavy to me, nor do I have any aches and pains from vacuuming. This vacuum cleaner is powerful and so wonderful.

Answer:	I hate swiffer. For that type of cleaning I use libman and the pads are washable and reusable so as not to increase unnecessary waste. I bought two extra pads for mine so I always have one or two clean. I have an older model dyson cordless and I love it. I'm sitting here drooling over this one and cant wait to be able to buy it.

Answer:	10-60 minutes depending on power setting. I find medium gets me 30-40 minutes and is more than adequate for general cleaning. Max suction will suck a golf ball through a garden hose and not necessary all the time. I’ve used max suction a handful of times yet never with a powered head attached as it’s pointless and will actually make the head stick to area rugs it’s so strong.

Answer:	The Motorhead is the entry level. You only get a crevice tool and another small crevice attachment with a brush. Also please note that even though the motor design is new, you also get a 40% smaller dust bin size on the Motor Head. The Absolute gives you everything. 40% bigger dust bin, crevice tool, another stubby crevice tool with a brush, a blind/curtain brush, the motorized small power head for cars/couches etc, a head "meant" for hard surfaces such as tile, wood, etc which is a soft fiber velvet-like brush and a head meant for carpet which is your traditional stiffer brush. My opinion is that the Animal is the best value as the only thing you miss is the brush head meant for hard surfaces which everyone has done fine with for all time beforehand and you then save $100 dollars versus the Absolute.

Answer:	Hello Dao, To use the tools included with the Hoover® REACT™ Professional Pet Plus you can attach them to either the end of the wand for above floor cleaning or to the end of the handle. To attach the tools to the end of the wand press the “Wand Release” button on the back on the vacuum behind the hose. Then push the tool onto the end of the wand. To attach the tools to the end of the handle, press “Handle Release” located on the front of the vacuum handle. Then push the tool onto the handle. Answer:	Yes this is a standard light switch that does not require a Neutral connection. Use caution and be certain that the wire you’re referring to is indeed a neutral and not a Load or Traveler wire. If you have only 2 wires connected to the old switch (besides the ground), then those are more than likely that they’re Hot and Load wires. Please contact tech support if you need further assistance.

Answer:	Did you know that the suction can be adjusted? When I first started using it, I couldn't even hardly push it on my very dense carpet. Very dense deep pile carpet actually needs less suction. I adjusted the suction down to the lowest setting and it works great now. I still use high suction for our hardwood floors. I love this vacuum! It works great on all of our floor surfaces.

Answer:	The floor brush can be turned off by setting the on/off switch to the middle or #1 position. The handheld brush is operated by the airflow and cannot be turned off. Hope this answers your question.

Answer:	I have 4 dogs, 2 cats and 14 Guineas pigs. I would Bieber buy another vacuum cleaner after the fiasco we had last time. I had always used Shark but made the mistake of purchasing another vacuum that was on sale - BIG mistake. Shark is incredible. We have had it for 4 years and it is still going strong. And 2 of our dogs are long haired German shepherds. This machine is quiet enough where I can actually put the nozzle into my piggy cages to clean them - it picked up small amounts of hay and all of their poo. Super simple. We are getting another because we're so impressed with it.

Answer:	I have the standard brush. I might have gone with the premium brush if I had hardwood floors. The standard brush model has a three-way power switch which I believe the premium also has (Off, Suction Only, Suction with Brush). The Suction Only works really well on tile. The Dust-Away attachment is nice but I only have tile and not much of it so I frequently vacuum, suction only, and mop as needed.

Answer:	I'd rate it higher--I'd give it 4.5 out of 5. If it had fancier attachments with a little more reach, It'd give it a 5 out of 5, but the attachments are not so important to me. I give it a 5 out of 5 for ease of emptying out the dust bin and ease of access to filter. I am also amazed at how well it picks up both on carpet and tile, especially for the price. And so easy to steer and get around. Still very happy with it.

Answer:	a couple of hours over several days. Great vacuum.
Question:	What bags are compatible with this vacuum
Answer:	Haven’t had to buy any yet, but if you go to the Hoover website, they have them. I don’t know if there are cheaper, compatible options on Amazon.
Question:	How noisy is it
Answer:	Similar to any other corded vac but not a high pitch whine like the stick vacs.
Question:	how long does the battery last per use
Answer:	It lasted a couple of hours, over a 4 day period. Great vacuum

Question:	How do you open the canister to clean it out I’ve tried to open it by pressing on the release tab but it’s like it’s jammed or I’m not doing it right
Answer:	Press the orange button at the bottom. If it doesn’t open right up then it probably is jammed for some reason. It shouldn’t be much of an effort...
Question:	Would you recommend getting the "commercial" version of this stick vac or the regular model for heavy daily ONE house usage
Answer:	Go with a heavier duty model, especially if you have mostly carpet. Thismone is best for light duty, or as a general secondary vac, HOWEVER, if on a budget, this could do the job.....I just wouldnt recommend it that way. ours is used as a secondary to a Dyson upright. The Dyson does the heavy lifting....Hoover mops up so to speak.
Question:	where is the hoover made? Won't buy if made in China
Answer:	I don’t know, but my advice would be to buy another vacuum anyway. I’m sure you would be dissatisfied with this one and it’s inability to suck.
Question:	What is the difference between this model and the BH
Answer:	It is virtually the same vacuum but is considered the "commercial" version as it has a heavier duty baffle as well as cones with an extra filter but it has a one year warranty as the bh50010 has a 2 year warranty

Question:	Can I get the most specific estimate on how long it will run for before battery dies
Answer:	I run the hand-held vacuum for short intervals. I clean and recharge the vacuum after three or four 10 to 15 minute jobs.
Question:	How to remove filter
Answer:	There are two little clips on the side of the unit that you just lightly press on and you’ll hear them click open and then the piece holding the filter comes out. It doesn’t always fall out easily because it has a rubber gasket to hold it in place but if you just move it easily it will come out and you can clean it and put everything back very easily. Don’t forget to re-click the locks when you put it back or the side clips and hear them click in to lock it in place.
Question:	does the vacuum have a charge indicator
Answer:	The vacuum itself does not have an indicator. It goes full speed and then it simply dies. The battery charger does have an indicator showing little lights that increase as the power recharges and then it goes dark so that you know it’s fully charged. I hope that helps. I would get a back up battery so that you can trade them off.
Question:	do you have the replacement filters for the Hoover BH57005 handheld vac
Answer:	No. I have four of these vacs. Cannot find replacement filters anywhere on earth. They’re all a year old, get light use, filters are already showing wear. Unless Hoover steps up their game here, I’ll have to cut some from similar material from hardware store. Shame on somebody at Hoover.
