Question:	what is the working voltage
Answer:	I'm not sure exactly; however, it is fairly hot to the touch. I know this because there are two instances when I brushed my foot up against the steamer as vacuum and when I had the steamer set up to clean my shower.... they were definitely "ouch" moments. But despite these two instances, I would call the steam mop one of my best 2020 purchases. I use it all of the time.
Question:	I ordered this product and it didn't have the steam glove. Can I get a replacement
Answer:	At this time no replacement parts are in B&D's warehouse nor do they have and steam mops. I wrote to B&D because when I checked all the accessories I found that the squeegee for windows and the carpet glider were missing. they said there is nothing they can do to help me. This item has not been released in this country, only in Europe. I said I purchase it from Amazon, they are in this country and so am I. I was given the President's number at B&D have not had time to use it but I will in the next few days. I purchased this item for precisely what it says 7 in 1, so I wouldn't have many steam mops to clean different places.

Answer:	Without actually measuring I can share that mine is hanging inside my pantry door. So it's just a few inches or so in depth when folded

Answer:	This is a very sturdy ironing board. There is a very thick plastic 'spacer' if you will between the leg bars, and the other plastic piece is the black, circular leg clip (to hold the board together when folded). I think this is the best board out there, and the pieces I described are very solid, thick plastic - almost glass like. Hope this helped you.
Question:	Does it come with window squeegee
Answer:	No, however I have found the iron rest to be very useful. It has silicone strips on it which allows you to place a hot iron in it while you are ironing. This allows you full, unobstructed use of the entire ironing board. I also use it as a hanger rack when I'm ironing.

Answer:	I just derived the weight by the soul-crushing method of weighing myself (sob), then weighing myself holding the ironing board. The difference is 12 pounds. I'm a 67 year old female with a bit of arthritis and I have no trouble lifting it on and off the Brabantia(excellent) over-the-door rack. Answer:	Same problem here. Mine is going back too. Wife has one at our Florida home and it also does the same thing. Brush also seems to have a lot of trouble restarting as well.

Answer:	It works well on hardwood. I don't see why it wouldn't on laminate. Its onli drawback is ihat it needs a lot of cleaning because it tends to pick up a lot of debris in the carpet cleaning mode.

Answer:	I had the 50010 for 8 years, and just purchased the 50020 today after the other person living in my house dropped and broke it. The differences I see are: The 020 has way better smooth rolling wheels, my 010 was noisy on hardwoods, this one feels padded and it quiet and rolls much better. The 020 also has covered rear wheels where as 010 are exposed. The 020 has a black color scheme the 010 is silver. The 020 has a slightly larger canister/dust bin, but I think this might be in width as I believe the old canister fits. Canister on 020 is smoke colored, on 010 it is clear. You can see content easilt on both. Interior canister plastic dust filter on 020 is clear, on 010 its red they apear the same dimensions and are interchangeable, however the fit of this in connection is tighter on the 020. My 010 was old and mucky, but I believe the 020 has better picking up off the side like when I clean at a floorboard. I also feel relatively confident that it possibly has a slightly better battery life, although both use same battery. Both use same filter and filter holder, same power switch scheme, same method of attaching / detaching head, assembly (one screw to attach handle to body), and both have a visible battery meter in the same location. The 020 of course is the updated version. My local box store only had this one in stock.

Answer:	It will destroy the paper filter if used for wet
Question:	How stable is this when charging? Clearance
Answer:	Once placed in the charger, it remains reasonably stable as long as the surface it sits on is stable. However, the slightest bump or brush will very easily tip it over and out of the charger. It sits upright in the charger at a slight forward angle. The end sits at about 18 inches retracted, and about 22 inches extended.
Question:	Does it have replacement filters
Answer:	Joan - You can buy replacement filters - before you do, make sure which filter came with your unit. The Manual says the filter is the VF110 FC with agitator. My unit came with the VF110 which is what the newer ones seem to be shipping with. You can recognize the VF110 because the filter is all cloth - no plastic to make it hard to clean and no agitator. Once you determine which filter you have you can order the filter. I ordered the 5 pack through Amazon for $34.95. Each filter will have a long life - most of the time you can clean the filter with a very soft brush and all the debris falls right off. Filter can also be washed - so if you have the extra filter you can use that while the other dries out. Hope this helps - let me know.
Question:	Does the battery come off
Answer:	I opened up the unit I had for 5 years -- which still works fine. The battery can be easily removed once opened (remove 6 screws) though you need to be careful as it's a live battery. Problem is finding a replacement battery, unless you want to solderin new batteries to create a new pack. I would hate to throw this in a landfill because I cannot find a battery pack.

Answer:	I used it on my granite counters and marble. It's just water. After running the steam across it I wiped any residue water away. It worked beautifully.

Question:	Is the blue part of the tank supposed to be able to separate from the grey portion with the lid to the tank? My came in 2 pieces and wont fit together
Answer:	Go to the ThermaPro website and contact them directly about this. The blue part of the tank is NOT supposed to separate from the grey part. I dropped mine, it separated and wouldn't reconnect. Upon contacting customer service, they sent me a replacement at NO COST.

Answer:	I would go straight to the source on the black and decker website. I saw many differences listed in the specs on there. This biggest one I think that would make a difference is the suction power and washable filter.
Question:	is it good at picking up pet hair
Answer:	This vacuum is great on hard surfaces for pet hair. If the pet hair is typically hard to vacuum up because it is on cloth or carpet, not so great. It works very good to pick up loose crumbs on carpet, though. I have two cats that shed and I wholeheartedly recommend, instead, the Eureka EasyClean 71B corded handheld vacuum for pet hair on furniture. It is the only vacuum that will pick up cat hair on my velour couches because of the strong suction and rotating brushes. It is extremely important to clean the filter to keep the suction strong on both of these handheld vacuums. The filter on this Black and Decker CHV1410L is underneath the green filter cover that twists off. The easiest and most effective way to clean the filters for me is to use a shop vac on them. Of course, any vacuum with a hose attachment would work.
Question:	How many years of use have you gotten before it doesn't stay charged
Answer:	This is the second time I bought this model: 1st time in 2013 and 2nd time in 2016. Both vacuums lasted for 2.5 years before loosing charge quickly. The vacuum was always heavily used (every day, several times a day).
Question:	Is the charging dock a wall hanging "snap in" type
Answer:	My wife didn't want it taking up shelf space, so she hung it from a wall hook ( where our old vac used to hang) and just set the charging disk on the bottom now the top.

The Pivot (BDH2000PL) has the strongest suction and packs down the smallest for storage. If you're just looking for huge power in a convenient storage size this is the one you want. The Flex With Floor Head (BDH2020FLFH and BDH1620FLFH) are the most versatile and have the longest run time.
