Atrix manufactures the Atrix backpack cord (pigtail) a certain length for two reasons: 1) users of this product range from professional cleaners to homeowners, and by manufacturing the cord as a pigtail it allows the operator to choose which size extension cord best suits their application; and 2) if the extension cord is damaged, it then offers the operator a quick fix - simply by replacing the extension cord, not the entire vacuum. Question:	Where do you find a replacement hepa filter for this specific model
Answer:	I have not found a replacement filter, I do not have an idea what I am going to do when I have to change the filter that it is done within 2 or 3 month after one use it. Amazon does not sell it, and I checked all over the internet and nobody sells the filter for Dibea UV10, and anything similar that one can use it. I am sorry that I can not help you, I think we are going to have the same problem when one has to change it.
Question:	Not sure if defective because some dust wedges up in between the dust bin and cyclonic filter, rather than staying in main dust bin. Is this normal

Answer:	What do you mean "filter in the back now." Does an extra set of filters come with the machine? In other words, a set in the machine and a spare set?
