Answer:	The model I purchased seems NOT to have a "power nozzle" ( I had to Google that term ) but I wasn't looking for that feature. I don't know if more expensive Miele vacuums come with them--the $399.00 models. The instruction book list of parts indicates with an asterisk ( * ) that some features are not in all versions of the cannister vacuums.
