Answer:	no this product does not contain silicone if you have a question concerning this product I would contact Weiman company at (800) 837-8140 they will be able too tell you I looked on both bottles I did not see silicone anywhere on them.

Answer:	Yes, let the cleaner dry (about 45 mins) then use polish. Make sure you allow at least 1 hour between 1st & 2nd coat. Allow longer if a 3rd (I think 24 hrs is recommended) coat is applied. So far, I have not needed to polish again, I simply sweep and they stay nicely.

Answer:	sorry for delay - the power cord is about 18ft long. I have large rooms with ceramic tile and it has a lot of maneuverability.

Answer:	Yes. Never use softener with microfiber as it seems to ruin the grip (cleaning fingers) in the material. In addition, I would only launder with other microfiber material or lint free fabrics (avoid towels) to keep pills from becoming embedded into the micro fibers. This will lessen the effectiveness of the mop heads or cause you to have to replace them way sooner than necessary. You can air dry or use the delicates cycle. In my laundry room I have a separate hamper for microfiber items only. My mop pads outlasted my steam mop.

Answer:	Absolutely, you can be aggressive as needed or a light buff. You have a choice of attachments between the floor and the heads. Plus it's ultra light, my 7 year old uses mine.

Answer:	It isn't necessarily a scrubber but I've not had any issues getting a sticky mess cleaned up, however you can go over the area multiple times if needed.

Answer:	You don't need to push at all. It is effortless. Best gift ever! All you need to do is just hold it and lead the electric mop the direction you want it to go. It basically move for you. I got this from my son as gift because my back is weaken over the years and I really enjoy mopping now.

Question:	what accessories are included
Answer:	a review posted on July 20, 2019 states "the Motorized Pet Cleaning accessory was not included as advertised, although it was listed in the documentation that came with the vacuum. I called Shark Customer Support and was told it is no longer shipped with the vacuum, but can bought for an additional charge. In its place a hard floor accessory was provided that DOES NOT EVEN attach to vacuum." So the response by the manufacturer should be updated to reflect the Deep-Cleaning Motorized Pet Tool no longer comes with the Shark vacuum.
Question:	How effective is this at picking up long human hair? Thanks
Answer:	Quite effective. Golden retriever and a girlfriend who both leave hair EVERYWHERE. We have hardwood and area rugs, and a carpeted bonus/makeup room. Our other shark w/o zero-m technology would have hair wrapped in about 2 seconds of using it. Just got a zero-m shark (duoclean uv700) and I vacuumed the entire place after a week of no vacuuming and 0 hair was wrapped around either rollers. I would recommend letting the rollers spin for a few seconds after finishing vacuuming to help release any hair that may have gotten wrapped (this is what I did). 12/10 recommend the duoclean/zero-m shark vacuums. I suspect that everyone who claims they have hair wrap do not let the rollers spin for a few seconds after they’re done. Hope this helps as I was wary of reviews claiming it didn’t work as advertised.

Answer:	For Bosch Laundry Sets - you have to have 240 Volts. The only 110Volt machine we know of is the All-in-One Combo ( LG ).
Question:	My mop won’t turn off and the sprayer won’t work. It’s in my dining room just running till the battery dies. Has anyone had this happen
Answer:	I lifted ours with my wife.
Question:	Where can you get replacement batteries
Answer:	Go to Lowe’s buy a cable that suits your outlet and make it an extension cord. I chose Lowe’s since they sell Bosch washers so I could look at it there. Ok this assumes you have basic skills, otherwise you will need an electrician. Good luck
