Answer:	Add some TLR cleaner. Not too much maybe an 1/8 of a cup. It won't take long for it too start steaming again. I also dumped the water from the tank and put fresh in after it started working again. Good Luck!

Answer:	Thou I haven’t tried it myself I would say def would be able to use on a mattress. I used it to disinfect my sofas. Just make sure you are constantly moving and do not keep in one spot for too long to avoid any wet spots and getting your mattress or sofa too wet. Use the attachment and should do the trick.

Answer:	This one is yellow and black and not blue and white to indicate it is for more serious use! But, as far as I can tell there are two real differences: this comes with two of the heavy duty pads instead of one heavy duty and one regular, and it comes with more tools. In reality, many people will never use the extra tools, and you can buy more pads pretty easily (I bought a pack of 3 heavy duty ones, so I always have a clean one). So in the end, do you want one that matches your kitchen decor or one that fits better in your garage?
