Answer:	The manual that came with the steamer states 1500 Watts which I would guess is max. As far as steaming your jeans, consult the laundering instructions. Traditional jeans of 100% cotton (Like Levis 501) can be steamed at higher temps. This could serve to shrink the fabric. Other jeans are using cotton/poly/elastane stretch material. A lower temp is indicated.

Answer:	I don't have this product or the answer to your question but there are different temperatures of steam. Very hot steam will have smaller water particles and produce a drier steaming experience, machines some times called vaporizers and some steam machines put out more heat than others. Correcting another answer you got. I need one for sterilizing and my doctor said it has to be at least 150 degrees. After the steam comes out of the machine, the temperature of the room will affect it also as the hot air or cold air mingles with it.

Question:	How to open this steamer to fill it up with water
Answer:	With the steamer standing on a table, grasp the steamer with your non-dominant hand. Grasp the water tank by the ridges at the top of the tank with your thumb and middle finger on your dominant hand. Pull straight out horizontally, fill with water and insert back in.
Question:	Does this have an attachment to steam a mattress. Does water leak if used horizontally
Answer:	There were 2 removable attachments. It didn't work well on my mattress at all. Water did not leak out.
