A blue switch should be the loudest key with an audible and tactile click. Brown switches are typically between red and blues. This keyboard has been fine for me nor has it annoyed the people around me in the office. That being said, these keys do not have a rubber dampener unlike my other keyboard which is a G710+, so they may be too loud for your tastes.

Question:	I have a full load of laundry that my cat has peed on. How do i use this product in the washing machine
Answer:	The instructions say to spray affected area with product (use a spray bottle) and let soak 10 min. Then was as normal with your regular detergent. What I would do: I would just fill the machine with luke warm water and add a 1/2 cup and let it soak for 10-30 min. Then, put in laundry detergent and finish.

Answer:	Bleach doesn't stain, it removes the color. Your best bet would be to contact a professional carpet cleaner and explain what happened. The really good ones know how to dye as well. If it isn't too big of a stain they should be able to dye it back to the original color.

Question:	Is the carpet supposed to be completely clean when the water is completely clear
Answer:	If you are sucking up clear water, yes the area you are cleaning should be clean. However I let mine dry, pretreated it again and went back over it to make sure and the penetrate deeper. It seemed to work. My carpet had an older set in pet stain that I didn't find right away.

Answer:	You need an enzyme cleaner to completely break down pet urine. Especially for cats. If you don’t remove all of the urine, it will eventually start to smell again and could cause the pet to pee there in the future.

Answer:	The thing weighs about 12 pounds. I don't know what you mean by motor capacity, but if you go over the same area too many times it'll pull the carpet fibers up. My office was a mess. I had Stanley steamer come in a year or so ago and they did an okay job. This thing was 99 bucks and in 20 minutes did a fantastic job. I have white carpets that were gray and now their white again.

Answer:	We have 3 cats and a young Husky that had about 1 year of pee and poop issues in our house. The cats, over the past 12 years have also had times where they urinated on the carpet of some areas of the house. I tried multiple multiple products to remove the odor and stains... the Bissell Antibacterial 2 in 1 product, hands-down, is the best solution for cleaning stains AND (especially) removing odor from the carpet. I was ready to rip-up all our carpet due to the stains and smell... then I rented a Bissell carpet cleaner at Lowes, bought this bottle from Amazon, and cleaned the entire house... but made sure I went over the pee areas multiple times. After it dried, the odor was completely gone (stains are too)!! It's a miracle product.

Answer:	The is a filter that needs to be cleaned. I was using a friend's unit. It was very week sucksion. It's where the bottom of tank seals to the unit. Where the sucksion pulls the waist water into the tank.

Answer:	You would need to vacuum the soil first to get up all the debris. Then, when use this cleaner, it will get up all the spots. I have 4 dogs, and every spot they’ve left behind, this cleaner has cleaned them all up.
