Answer:	The bins are a little too small for a 13 gallon kitchen bag, but too big for a 4 gallon bathroom bag. I would say an 8 gallon bag will probably fit.

Answer:	This is not meant to take the place of a bag, it's designed to hold a trash bag in an upright, open position. Use this to hold the bag while you fill it, then remove the bag for transporting. If your bags are tearing/leaking, you just need to buy some stronger trash bags. Look for "contractor" trash bags - they are at least twice the thickness of any others.

Answer:	I would say a 33 gallon is more accurate. This is quite a large trash can. They do have a smaller one that a 13 gallon bag would fit better.

Answer:	Looking at the comparison graph, looks like the deluxe has trash bag clips to hold the trash back in place when you zip the lid shut and also the clear plastic pouch on the side. Other than those 2 differences, they look to be identical

Answer:	Yes, that's what we use them for. This one is not as tall as ones I have had previously and the 30 gallon trash bags I use fold over and cover about half the height of the container. Be careful dragging it on concrete as it will eventually wear through. Dragging through the grass hasn't been a problem for us.
