Answer:	Yes I know how you feel I bought a Darth Vader but as to your package showed up mine didn't but I got my money back of course that was my answer to that delivery. In your case sometimes it goes through customs and then it gets lost in customs and then found in there warehouse maybe that happened, But I am just guessing on this one.

Answer:	Amazon will provide a refund but you have to really be persistent. NYC Collectibles is participating in what can best be described as "shady practices." What they're doing is charging to drop-ship directly from Asia. They "claim" they can't refund this item because "it has already shipped." In reality, they are charging their customers (myself included) for the item once it is put on a container ship in Asia AND THEN they notify you that "your item has shipped" BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT 5 MONTHS for delivery! Seriously! In other words, they are charging for a pre-order (which surely must be against Amazon's policy?) Amazon finally provided me with a refund but I'm not sure why they're allowing NYC Collectibles to continue this practice. For me, I ordered on December 24th when the product page said "In Stock January 17th." I thought "No problem because I just need it before my son's birthday in April." Then on January 22nd I got a notification that my "ITEM HAS SHIPPED AND WILL ARRIVE ON JUNE 2nd, 2020." Lol. This company is completely out of line and Amazon needs to do something about it. Answer:	Perhaps this is info is too late, but I had this LG drive for about 6 months using it with Win-7.I just upgraded to Windows 10 last week, and the drive works just fine. I didn't have to update any drivers or anything.Unless Window 10 found the drivers and installed them in the background, so I didn't notice, but the bottom line is that it works fine.

Answer:	I mounted them by carefully drilling holes in the plastic overhang in the back. They are fully loaded and have been on my walls since 2014.

Answer:	You can place DVD cases in these vertically, but not horizontally as the CD cases are designed for. It works good if you want the exterior to match the acrylic 14 disc DVD cases by the same brand but need a space to hold wider cases than the DVD slot allow (like a ten disc case for a series). I couple 'hidden' among my DVD cases for that purpose and they do the job.
