Answer:	My tape measure says 31 3/4" at the highest part. That is from the floor (with castors) to the tallest part of the handles. It is a Stanley tape measure so I assume it is correct. I see others have said 31.5 and 31 3/8. I was trying to be generous so the handles would not scrape your countertop. 31 3/4" is generous.
