Answer:	NOT WICKER!! Someone answered this question by replying that the item is made out of "wicker". It is absolutely NOT made out of wicker. It is a heavy duty resin product. We purchased one in April, 2013 and another one, in the lighter color in 2018, because it was a better color match for our patio. Both have been subjected to the Arizona sun, rain, haboobs and every other weather condition with the exception of snow (although they sit on a patio in freezing temperatures). It probably would not hold a large amount of water because it is not a solid piece of resin, and fits together like a puzzle that you have to (easily) assemble. Please see my photo of the product, along with a review, under the name of "Jen". The 1st trash bin purchased, dark brown in color, now sits in a garage corner and is used to store small garden tools. When hosed off both of these bins look like new. I am not employed by this company and nobody paid me in exchange for good reviews. When I find a good product for a good price, which seems rare these days, I like to acknowledge it.

Answer:	Very good question. Opening the top is critical to usage of this unit. There are three ways of doing this: 1) To open the entire top (to load or unload a trash bag), hold on to the can's body while pulling up on the very edge of the lip of the lid. The whole top will swing up. 2) To open the top's hatch (normal use/disposing of trash), find the tab on the hatch lid (about an inch behind the lip). Pull the tab towards yourself to unlock the hatch; you can then open the hatch. I recommend locking the hatch after closing it to prevent odor issues. 3) If none of the above work, use a crowbar. Note that I do *not* recommend this.

Answer:	Yes, I’m having the same problem - it seems like they fixed white, but now there are two grays, and one looks to be dark brown.

Answer:	The 60L hamper I received is 25” tall. The hamper is bigger at the top than at the bottom. The top of the hamper measures 14” x 18”. A nice big size, but too big for my needs.
Question:	Do you sell replacement bags for this
Answer:	The direction of the lid cannot be changed by removing it because it is hinged on one side. However, simply turning the entire basket around 180 degrees has the same effect as changing the direction of the lid would have.
Question:	Could I put a lot of clothes in the hammer
Answer:	I sure wouldn't --- how would the towels ever dry out all bunched up in a hamper?. You'd be smelling up the whole place and growing a colony of mold. There is no hamper in the universe that could do what you are asking.

Answer:	We use this to transport clean items to our cottage and return home with soiled garments. If you're speaking of normal day to day soil or dirt then there are no concerns of transfer or contamination to clean items.If you're speaking of heavily soiled items, especially anything greasy or oily, I would imagine that it's possible that this could rub against clean clothes and mark them. If that's what you're speaking of, those types of articles should be transported in a plastic bag.For normal clothes and items, this works well, especially because the design allows for air flow to deter mildew if dealt with timely.

Answer:	Very sturdy and holds up well . Its a foldable pop up basket .
Question:	What are the dimensions
Answer:	11 by 11 inches square at top; 23.5 inches tall. As you can see in picture - the corners have slight upward curve of bottom material.
Question:	is it easy to close when empty
Answer:	That's less straight-forward a question that it may seem, since it depends on how small you want to make them. The hampers will fold into a flat rectangle for easy storage (takes 1-2 seconds and no physical effort at all), or you can twist them into a small circle. It isn't HARD to twist the hamper closed, but it does take practice. I used to be able to do it with out even thinking about it (with the hampers like this that I bought for camping years ago), but I don't remember how anymore. Flat rectangle: so easy your dog could probably do it.

Question:	Do the bags stand up on their own when they are outside of the frame
Answer:	Yes! It arrives collapsed and assembled quickly and easily with Velcro. The mesh laundry bags in the bins also attach with Velcro so they don’t slip while you fill the bins, and they’re easily removable when you need to transport the laundry!
Question:	Can you send me the instructions? They weren’t included in my box
Answer:	Technically you can. Don’t know how clean they will get, but I would say it is doable. I empty the clothes in the washer then toss the bag in with them. I have had socks left in the bag and they were fine.

Answer:	No
Question:	What material are the laundry bags made of? And are they non- toxic
Answer:	This hamper is pretty small. I am using it for my toddler's room and it will definitely hold a lot of smaller clothes. I wouldn't use it for holding a lot of adult clothes though.

Answer:	the bags made of 6D Oxford cloth so it will not stand up by their own

Answer:	Mine didn't come with instructions either and the pieces in the video weren't even the same as the ones that came in the box!
Question:	The description says "Foldable". By this, does it mean it can collapse flat for easier transportation? And how long are they supposed to last
Answer:	I believe they are but if you’re going to do it you would cold water wash it hang it up i to dry and then iron it.
Question:	Is the bottom sturdy enough to be regularly pulled in and out from under my laundry room counter on a tile floor
Answer:	Mine are a sort of rubber coated canvas type material. I do not see them as toxic. I have been using mine for a month & I really like having it. It gets the laundry in a holding status, off of our bedroom floor.
