Answer:	Never. If it is a normal sized door, you will be amazed this holds 10 hangers and sometimes I have half that are heavy man pants. I have 3 hangers like this in my house and I absolutely love them. If you hang your items, and you're like me. You will want more once you have 1 (if you have enough to hang, for a person or 2 you probably do not need many)

Answer:	I think so. I tried the largest fat plastic hanger I had & was able to get the hanger in the hole. I measured the hole & it looks to be 3/8" x 5/8". I bought the hangers with the metal hook & velvet like clothes part. I have 10 hangers on it. My problem is that on the back part of the over the door clip there is a turned edge & it will only go on one side of the door. If you look closely at the picture you can kind of see that beck edge. I do like the item as it folds down when not in use. I hope this information helps.

Answer:	The length is 6 inches. It is very sturdy and holds a lot more that expected. I have 2, and love them.
Question:	How thick is the metal hook. Thick as a nickle? A dime? 1/8" or 1/16?" I have a narrow space between the top of the door and the frame
Answer:	I did not use the over-the-door hook. I screwed mine directly into my door frame to the right of the door near the top. Very secure and sturdy. When closed, you don’t even notice it that much.

Answer:	I don't think it would be the best option, Steaming on this item is to close to a door, etc., & might also damage the hanger itself. Don't think there is enough room to manipulate the steamer. Just my opinion. Good Luck

Answer:	In my review I stated 1 1/2" radius. Upon re-measuring you could probably get a 1" radius without damaging the shaft but the grasping fingers may not grip as tightly due to the bind.
Question:	Does this leak hot water all over your hands and the floor? I've had steamers before, but they've all been a scalding hot, leaky mess
Answer:	Absolutely. You might have problems with longer Berber style looped carpets because of the tendency of the claws to hook into the fabric. But for medium length stuff, it shouldn't be a major issue.

Answer:	The "claw" end can open up large enough to entrap an edge of a cell phone like the iPhone 8 as long as it doesn't have to large of a case around it. But the spring strength of the gripper is probably not strong enough to lift the phone on its own.
