Answer:	Of course, holes will need to be drilled. You'll have to go to a hardware store and ask for special concrete bolts. You will also need a special drill bit for concrete, but the mounting method would be the same.

Answer:	There are no rubber pads on the bottom, but the plastic is smooth on the bottom (not rough). I don't ever drag it across the wood floors. I fold the arms and legs and carry it to the laundry room for storage after each use, so I haven't seen any damage to the floors.

Answer:	I think it is definitely not something you would want to travel with. Each of the two pieces are 2.5 feet long. The 3 legs on the tripod fold, but they take up about 6 inches. The arms on the top piece take up about 4 inches when folded.

Answer:	I don’t recall if any info stated weight limit. I use in my laundry room and other than hanging a wet towel or 2 on it I’ve not needed to put any heavy items on it. I’ve used it for a year and never had a problem.

Question:	is this true " Very flimsy. The frame is slightly bent whenever it folds down to the wall--which is the whole point of this style of drying rack
Answer:	It isn't flimsy. We can fit quite a few clothes on this. We still have a floor drying rack as a backup but you can easily fill all the rows. I'm just careful of how heavy the items are since it is in the wall. It does seem to have a little problem going into slots on the wall but I'm sure if you put some wd40 they would slide in easier. Overall it works and gives me more floor space, which was my goal.

Answer:	Once mounted, the front edge of the rack is 22 1/4" from the wall. No idea about weight capacity.

Answer:	If you secure this to the wall with anchors, you can hold roughly about six or seven damp towels on the rack. I've used it for sweaters, towels, quilts, etched and haven't had any problems. I did, however, use T anchors and longer screws than what was provided.

Answer:	It about 16 inches, unfolded. Measurememt from the hinge of top shelf.
Question:	can this be painted
Answer:	It is a shiny smooth surface, so it would be tricky. I would prime it first, and only use spray paints and primers. thicker paint would gum up the folding joints.
Question:	Can the bottom shelf be left folded when the top one is open? I'm looking for something to hang long dresses from, so I only need the top rack
Answer:	You can use either shelf without the other one. I frequently use just the top shelf and because it is on my bathroom door I keep the bottom one closed so that I can still walk under the top shelf. I use mine to stash items from the laundry, to dry swimsuits and towels, and lay sweaters out flat to dry. This is a wonderful tool.

Question:	Are two of the rods longer than the other two? Directions didn’t specify but when assembled it is higher on one end on both sides
Answer:	Are your upper support rods seated all the way down inside their plastic clamp? I had to slide the tightening ring up the rod a short way so I could see the opening. On a couple of them, I had to gently pry the opening temporarily wider so the bar could fit inside. I pushed each bar all the way to the bottom of the clamping assembly before tightening, and my rack is even.
