Answer:	Yes, it is indoor/outdoor usable. We have ours outdoors and the weather ranges from 90 degrees F. summer to -10 degrees F winter with blizzards and rain, you name it.

The problem with the design of this is once you have the back screwed to the wall, you have to put the top on with a little bitty screw that does not want to go into the hole. My husband is still figuring out if he is going to drill a new hole and use a bigger screw or if he is going to send the whole thing back!

Answer:	I have hung things that require screws in the past by using a small, light, thin, block of wood. I put the screws into the wood, and then put heavy-weight bearing command strips between the wood and the wall. It has worked for me. That is probably what I’m going to try on this clothesline in my RV. (You may need to buy shorter screws of the same size.)
