Answer:	No. It isn't lined. However it does seem to have mesh inside pockets big enough to hold a Kindle.

Answer:	The jacket is packable using the left front pocket. When you unzip the pocket you'll see there is a pull for the zipper on the inside, as well as the outside.. Just stuff the jacket into the pocket from the inside, and it should all fit!

Answer:	the fabric is smooth and soft polyester. There is no 'outer' material. It is a light weight jacket to slip on over what you are wearing. I had it rolled up into a small bag that I carried with me until I needed it when it rained. The color was light pink, and I don't recall it looking wrinkled.
