Answer:	It has a very thin, very delicate and, in my opinion, almost not long enough, wire on the back. I was able to attach it to the top of my Christmas tree by wrapping that wire around the top branch and twisting it to secure it, (like you’d use a twisty-tie to close a bread bag). It’s not going to hold up to any kind of wind, abuse or over-use...but there’s a wire available for fastening it to something.

Answer:	I'm using thm outdoors, but then again I live in Arizona. If I was back in New Jersey, I would not use them outdoors.
