Answer: I purchased a queen to attached to a Zinus queen metal frame and it was slightly smaller, about a 1/4” on each side, which required re-engineering it a bit to get it to work. Think it is going to depend on what your are attaching it to. I believe the measurements are included under specs so would compare that to the frame. King can be tricky...is it a standard or cal...cal king is narrower and longer than a standard king.
