Answer:	I haven't seen any additional moths coming in from outside because of the traps. I only noticed that in the immediate vicinity around the trap, the moth activity picked up a great deal. Almost every trap has close to 10 moths stuck to the glue. Very effective.

Answer:	The moths come out when it is dark and they are attracted to light at night. I put all three traps in the open areas, not in cabinets. Answer:	It will kill what you see when sprayed directly on the palmetto bug, but it is not a preventative product. And it does not have a stinky bug spray smell. It smells more like fresh cloves.

Answer:	It would probably kill bees or butterflies, but almost definitely not hummingbirds. Avoid direct contact of the spray on bees and butterflies and they should also be fine. From what I can tell this works on contact, so unless you directly spray butterflies and bees you should be okay.

Question:	Ive tried two companies for these traps. No moths in any of the traps. Moths are just in downstairs. Can be different moths? none near closets
Answer:	The traps work good for the moths I have. They are small, about 3/8" long. They are Tan/light brown in color. Since I noticed a few of these moths, I put out a couple of the Traps. I put them near my parrot's cage and near my open trash can in the kitchen. I was shocked that they would go inside the little triangle and stick to the sides. I had about 50 of these little moths within a couple of weeks. Now I cover my Trash can and clean out the paper from the Bird's cage a lot more often. Bottom line, I put a couple of the Traps near what I suspected was the source of the issue and they worked.

Question:	Will this stain on fabrics? I have clothing moths going for my curtains. I used Raid, and of course it works, but it leaves its mark
Answer:	Have never used the product on clothing or fabrics. Would recommend to spray the baseboards, doorsteps, and window sills. Have always used it sparingly and have found it to be the a very good pest deterrent.

Answer:	Hello and thank you for contacting Willert Home Products. SLA is a mothproofing spray and can be used in the closet or in open areas. In closets, shake well and direct the nozzle 18” from the baseboards, around windows, doors and if carpeted, on the carpet misting lightly. Allow to dry, approximately 2-3 hours. Question:	Is this product safe to use around household pets? We have 2 cats and don't want to endanger them in any way
Answer:	When we r spraying our clothes or closets, we keep them out until product dries and open a window. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs inside alot and no reactions. Hope this helps.
Question:	I used this product in my closet due to carpet beetles eating my clothes. How often would I need to reapply it to the closet baseboards and walls

Question:	A mouse are through my USB cable, what do i need to get to fit this unit
Answer:	I think you are saying a mouse "ate" through the cable? My cat ate through mine - the company replied to my comment saying to get a 5mm cable - however the cable we got apparently isn't enough wattage and basically killed the two seperate functions. Likely will have to replace the unit unless the company can provide a direct link to a cable that we can purchase.
Question:	How long does the light last for
Answer:	I bought this Sept 2019 and have had it running everyday 24/7. It did get dusty and I cleaned it up with a long qtip. Looks like new. The light is still working. It works great!

Question:	Does this work on drugstore beetles
Answer:	I know it works on pantry moths because so many are stuck to the walls - but I don't know about drugstore beetles. If they are large, they may not be caught and held by the glue on the traps.
Question:	Has anyone had experience trapping weevils with this product
Answer:	It is sticky paper that attracts bugs and. I have trapped little moths that can get in rice and little black bugs. Works great. Never had a weevil problem.
Question:	Does this trap only kill male moths
Answer:	I googled to make sure and that seems to be the purpose of pheromone traps. What you must remember, if the moths have had a chance to mate, they’ll probably have had a chance to lay eggs. This means that you may be dealing with several generations of these little guys. So you need to keep some of these on hand for the next generation. I think the traps do a good job and seem to clean up what few moths hatch later. Hope this has been helpful.
Question:	There are no pheromone discs included like other brands. Are the pheromones in the glue

Answer:	I can’t smell any scent, and I don’t think the moths can either! I bought 2 and put one in my closet and one in the pantry neither one caught a moth!

1. Remove film backing from the trap to expose the glue surface.
2. Remove one pheromone lure from the pouch and place on the glue board. The glue will hold the lure in place.
3. Fold the glue board and insert the tab through the slot, creating a semi-circle. Insert the lured glue board into plastic trap holder.
4. Press the Timestrip button. A small red bar will appear to indicate activation.
5. Lay the trap on a flat surface, mount it with the adhesive strip, or stand the trap housing to begin using.
