Question:	How low can you adjust the height
Answer:	The supports to place the shelves are adjustable all the way up the poles (up or down) so you have numerous options how you position the shelves. The biggest thing is to make sure you keep it balanced - don't put both shelves up so high the rack is top heavy. I don't mean to imply the rack is unstable (it's very stable), just don't position both racks way up high.
Question:	Can you assemble the rack without using the bottom shelf
Answer:	It is needed stability, without it the legs would spread and probably bend.
Question:	is there a cover for this rack that I can purchase separately
Answer:	I am not aware of any cover for this rack. Never looked for any.
Question:	Can I buy an additional shelf for this amazon basics garment rack17 x
Answer:	Search for ASIN# B00E588G40 -it's silver instead of black but will work.
