Answer:	Will they bend? Yes, they were bent in the form of a hanger. Hang a t-shirt on them, then No. Do a Macho Man Randy Savage squeeze on them, Yes it will bend. Let a Toddler play with it, No they will not. Hang a 50 pound lead weight on them, Yes it will bend. Hang your heavy winter coat on one, No it will hold. If you are wondering if these are your typical old style steal wire hanger, then no they are not. They will not bend for their intended purposes but use them untypically then yes they will bend. I have found them to hold up way better than a plastic hanger. Do not let the skinny stainless steal fool you. They are much stronger then meats the eye but play "Eye of the Tiger" while watching Rocky and you might end up bending one. Hope that helps!!!

Question:	How thick is the hook end? I want to use with magic or wonder hangers and I've found that most plastic hangers are to thick to fit the notches

Answer:	The width of the hook portion is 1 1/2 inches. My closet rod has a diameter of 1 1/8 inches and the hangers fit fine.
