Answer:	No the liner hasn't shrunk and I have had my hamper over a year. It fits tightly so you may have to "fight with it" a little but you want it to fit tightly so it doesn't sag when clothes are put in and it's getting full. I had purchased a different brand at first and sent it back due to the poor quality and then purchased this set to replace it and have been extremely happy with it. It's attractive looking on the outside, has held up well and the liner fit well and has held up to repeated washing and drying (on high heat setting!). A nice hamper.
