Answer:	Hello,the towel hook instruction is as follow. 1. Use a pencil to locate screw holes on the wall, keep them level. Drill holes then insert anchors into the wall; 2. There is a set screw on the bottom of the bracket, use hex key to loosen it, take the plate out; 3. Screw the plate into the wall with supplied screws then secure the holder to the plate, tighten the set screw with hex key. Hope this help.

Answer:	The length is 6 inches. It is very sturdy and holds a lot more that expected. I have 2, and love them.
Question:	How thick is the metal hook. Thick as a nickle? A dime? 1/8" or 1/16?" I have a narrow space between the top of the door and the frame
Answer:	I did not use the over-the-door hook. I screwed mine directly into my door frame to the right of the door near the top. Very secure and sturdy. When closed, you don’t even notice it that much.
Question:	Want something to put trousers on so that they can be easily steamed. Won't use to hang items other than when steaming. Thoughts
Answer:	I don't think it would be the best option, Steaming on this item is to close to a door, etc., & might also damage the hanger itself. Don't think there is enough room to manipulate the steamer. Just my opinion. Good Luck

Answer:	Not sure, but I’ve hung about 6 adult shirts on it at one time, till the length of the hook bar is filled. Weight doesn’t seem to be an issue.
