Ours has had now three "catastrophic failures" where almost all bulbs in a section have gone out. We bought this tree simply because it advertised the stay lit feature. My wife and I are both disabled after 40 + years of working every day. We now live on a fixed income of approximately $850.00 a month and had to scrimp and save and do without so we could have a pretty tree for our grandkids. Now we will have to do that again but this time we are buying a fiber optic tree! |

| Answer: | I bought the 9 ft tree. It came in three or four pieces. If you are putting ornaments on the tree I suggest you don't buy it. The limbs are so flimsy. Any ornament no matter how light makes the limb sag several inches. I kept it because I did not want to mess with returning it. I was/am very disappointed. |
