Answer:	The one I received (which looks like the picture), doesn't have the red pop-up level indicator. It has lines inscribed on the inside of the reservoir itself (which can be difficult to see once you have a tree installed). I had to lay on my side and stick my finger in the reservoir to see how low the water was. Would have been nice if they would have carried over a more easily view-able visual indicator of water depth...

Answer:	my cat's only knocked it over twice but they are pretty heafty cats...I will say that they were able to bend the top to a horizontal angle pretty easily though

The Carolina Pine Christmas Tree

The Artificial Carolina Pine Christmas tree features an attractive array of bristle and cashmere branch tips. It is trimmed with pre-strung white lights and adorned with flocked pine cones, this decorative tree with its non-removable hinged branch construction goes up fast, leaving more time for holiday cheer. Tree branches are pre-attached at the center pole using a hinge system, with each branch lowered into position in preparation of final shaping. A diameter of 57 inches at the base, it also includes a metal tree stand and assembly instructions. Decorations and ornaments are not included.

HOW TO SHAPE YOUR TREE - STEP 1

Each tree is packed with the branch tips compressed. After positioning, each branch should be unfolded one at a time

Start at the bottom row and pull the wings away from the center at a 45 degree angle

As you unfold the wings, spread out the smaller tips separately. Arrange tips to the left, right, and upwards

Keep working your way up until all branches are properly shaped, and the tree is in full form
