Answer:	Hello, And thank you for your purchase. The coals need to be lit using a hot plate coil burner or open flame, the coil burner being the best option. Due to this product being completely organic and free of chamicals it will not ignite with a lighter, torch or anything other then the above mentioned methods. Again this is not a quick lite charcoal. The quick lite charcoals contain chemicals that once a lighter touches it it will ignite itself completely. I recommend using coil hot plate burner or a stove but make sure you ignite them in a well ventilated area. I hope this answered your question

Answer:	Hello, 1. It depends on how much heat you desire on the bowl. The best way to use them is to put 2 cubes and leave them alone for about 1hr. After an hr you might need to ash one at a time to adjust the heat. 2. 72 large cubes. Keep in mind they are not quick lights, you need to use a hot plate burner or stove to ignite them. Start with the bottom section of the tree and begin from the branches closest to the tree pole. Pull each individual tip upwards and outwards, working your way to the tip of the branches. Shape row by row to the upper part of the tree section. When one section is shaped, add on the next tree section and continue to shape the branches as described above.

Once you have finished shaping all the branches, look at the tree from a distance to look for areas that need more shaping to fill in any gaps. Pay attention to areas where the tree sections come together and adjust the branches accordingly for a nice seamless look.

Usually this means brushing it on.

Question:	Is it 9ft with stand
Answer:	I am not going to attempt to make that sort of claim because I am sure as with most products it will work differently on different people. But what I can do is tell you MY story. I have been getting "circle braids" for a few years now. My hair is long and thick. When my stylist braids my hair, the first row is really tight and right on my hairline. I had noticed that the hair on my left hairline was getting thin, and told her, but she didn't think it was a problem. It was because a few months later I had BALD spots in that same area. She was skeptical because I had been getting the braids for so long with no problem, but you CANNOT pull on your hairline that long without consequences. So we BOTH found out the hard way. So, instead of not getting my hair braided again, (which I love), I had her start the braids WAY BACK away from my hairline. I used Tropic Isle on my hairline regularly, and I am happy to report my hairline is back to normal! I had to be patient, it took a few months, but it's back! She suspected the product when we initially got it since there are some differences in how it's labelled and just to test her theory, she bought another bottle from Ulta and since using that instead, all the problems have now gone..... Question:	What is the diameter of the trunk/pole at the base
Answer:	Don’t do it... the diameter isn’t very large maybe 2” max...however... this tree is the heaviest tree I’ve ever owned, I couldn’t even drag it... it’s got to be constructed with steel and it is extremely sparse (yes it looks great in this picture but not in real life). Hope this helps!
Question:	When a bulb goes out do the remaining lights stay lit
Answer:	I received a 7.5 Ft tree and 9 lights in a row are out ! Replaced with the lousy 12 new ones they provided and still not working they will get the Tree back before Jan. 31 deadline ! Not worth over $300.00. Not Happy finding this out after fluffing the Tree out !

Answer:	No but you could remove lights

Answer:	No, the power does not go through the pole

Answer:	We were able to use our smart phone. But hubby MAY have gone through Alexa on the phone.
Question:	Does this tree connect the lights through the poles
Answer:	It's in the manual towards the back. I bought mine last year and when I plugged it in it would not longer connect. Press and hold the button on the controller for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. If you had previously connected it to Alexa, delete it first. Then try to re-add it back in. I'm able to connect mine this way however after a couple minutes it disconnections and needs another hard reset...so mine is broken after only 1 Christmas. Hope this works for yours!!

Question:	Why are there two 7.5' trees listed for different prices? the only difference i see is the leds are listed as low voltage on the higher priced tree
Answer:	I usually apply this product right after I shower, then I apply moisturizer after the oil has absorbed in my skin. I use my primer my moisturizer. Hope this helps. My skin is very dry; I use vitamin A ; this cause severe drying. I would buy this product again. I haven't used this product with a primer on their own.
