Answer:	No it comes in 3 sections with the branches on hinges. It takes a little while to spread the branches out. I really like this tree

Answer:	Easy fix for any tree. Get some dowel rods ( easily found on amazon) black or dark green spray paint, and some dark coloured zip ties. Spray paint the rods you think will disappear the best when viewed from 3 feet away. Take painted rods, depending on the weight of the tree topper. Take the bottom 2/3 rd of the rods and zip tie them to sturdier part of the tree frame ( not branches) then place tree topper on the exposed 1/3 of the remaining rod. Gives you a sturdy support. To remove zip ties, just use a toe nail clipper and save rods for next year. Have done this with several trees.
Question:	Is it okay to microwave
Answer:	I would suggest microwaving it for approximately 7 minutes, unless you bought the 9 foot tree, in which case ............ microwave for nine minutes. So now you'll want to bake it for 45 minutes at 325 (low heat makes it more moist). Serve with pine cones and pitch gravy. Answer:	I’m sure it can hold least 40 to 50 pounds. I put a 7 foot Xmas tree inside the bag with other Xmas things. Very durable and good quality.
Question:	What is the length of this bag? The description says 65" long but in the pictures it shows it to be 60" long
Answer:	The bag we have measures 48", there is a 7' tree in it. It's kind of back in a corner and hard to get to. but I did measure end to end.
Question:	Will a 12' tree fit in this bag
Answer:	I'm afraid I don't know. The bag says it will handle a 9" tree. I have a 7" tree and there is all kinds of room. Of course, even with a 7" tree, it's disassemble in three sections and some sections overlaps others. I just don't know if I can could tell yo with confidence that there is 3' extra feet in the length. Additionally, the circumference of a 12' tree may take of more of the bag as well. Sorry.....
Question:	Can it stack with similar bags
Answer:	Hi, the shape of the bag does not stay boxy like the way the picture is shown. If you try to stack other bags or boxes on top, they will fall over. Hope this helps. We are satisfy with the bag, it's sturdy and holds on 9' tree and stand.

Answer:	My tree is not hinged and it works well...however mine is a slimline tree and not very wide. Sorry I can’t be more specific.
Question:	The one to fit a 7.5 foot tree - Description says both 35"x75" and 35"x67", which is it? and since 7.5 feet is 90 inches, hot does this fit at all

Answer:	The item details are correct. I ordered the 7.5 bag thinking it was 56” wide, but it is only 35” wide according to the paperwork that came with it. My tree is roughly 52” wide and doesn’t fit without bending the branches.

Answer:	I used a tree collar. But I’m sure any size would be great
Question:	will the flocking turn yellow
Answer:	We’ve only had ours up for about a week, but the flocking has not yellowed. I would recommend keeping the tree away from sunlight (i.e. windows) to avoid the possibility.
Question:	Where is the power cord? Is it separate from the tree
Answer:	Each section has lights that need to be connected in between and then to the final bottom section. The power cord to the outlet is wrapped at the bottom section and once it's untangled it will extend to reach the outlet. Hope this helps.
Question:	Has anyone purchased the 9 ft tree for 9 ft ceiling and did it fit
Answer:	Haha, yes. I forgot the fact that I wanted to add a star, but either way it fit and the tree is absolutely gorgeous.
