Answer:	It's 24 inches tall, and it's beautiful.

Answer:	I'm not sure as was a donation for my church ... believe that is battery operated

Answer:	The tree is packed away and I don't remember battery size for sure. I'm thinking AA's though. I don't remember battery pack being large or heavy. You could leave out, but you'd see the unlit lights. It would be pretty with just the lights and no decorations.

Answer:	The tree I received has only basic lights. No holly leaves. No red berries. I supplemented with an additional set of lights, as - for me - what was provided did not give enough coverage.

Answer:	The flagpole is an inch in diameter. I know that sounds kind of small, and it is. But I have had this pole with a 5x3 flag attached and have had some pretty gusty winds and never had a problem. It gives a little under stress but doesn't seem to be a problem. Overall, I would recommend this product.

Question:	How flat can this thing get in inches
Answer:	When put flat against the wall, it’s about one inch.
Question:	Any thts? Doesn’t fit. The prongs do not fit my plugs and my cords do not fit the adapter, though it appears they should (1 wider, 1 narrower
Answer:	I have three of each type, 3 Way and 4 Way outlets extenders, and all of them work fine. I do admit I had to push fairly hard to insert a plug into them at first, but once I had plugged in something into the sockets the next time it was not so hard to plug or unplug things into them. I would suggest to just work them a little and that should allow you to get the plugs to loosen up and allow you to use them...
Question:	Is there a *non-polarized* version of this available? japan and some other countries don't use polarized plugs and this would not work there
Answer:	If you will be in Japan, go to any electronics or large home goods store and you will find the non-polarized version of this. I know, I bought two while there, and they work great for my non-polarized travel electronics anywhere I go.

Answer:	The plug part that is colored black or dark gray is hinged to the white part, it acts like a hinge the way a door hinge moves, it moves 180 degrees up or down.

Question:	Why wasn't "The metal swiveling arm is 11 inches long" in the shipping box I received
Answer:	Who knows! I didn't get mine either. Customer service is non existant.
Question:	I see poles holding three to five Koinobori on them using a cord that runs down from the top. Can this pole be used for that purpose
Answer:	What the hell is a koinobori??? The poles fit together with a small metal piece in between to hold them together,it will come apart so I used electrical tape so they won’t slide off. Then you screw it into the ground piece, then you can just unscrew it to change your windsock. But I don’t use the ground piece, I put the whole pole into a bigger pole held upright by a piece of rebar in the ground to hold it in place along a fence with the bigger pole secured by the rebar and bungee cords on the fence( the wind is hell here sometimes). Blew the green house roof apart 2 weeks ago and blew my windsock apart at the metal piece, so that is how I did it, I would buy this again, you just have to tape it so it doesn’t come apart.

Answer:	Yes. Also another solution is Slime Tire Sealant. I have had 3 flats on the air filled wheels and have used Slime Tire sealant on each. Once Slime is in the tire it is unlikely that it will go flat again.

Answer:	Have no idea of its weight capacity. The box states it is "FOR ARTIFICIAL CHRISTMAS TREES 4 ft. TO 6 ft. (1.2m to 1.8m) Tall." Certainly would not put a 7 ft. or taller tree in it. The box also says, "Steel construction - For trees with a pole diameter of 1 1/4" (3cm) or less."

Question:	Can u use this stand for a smaller tree too
Answer:	The diameter of the bottom of the Swivel Straight is 20 inches. As to whether it can be placed out side, I don't know. It is a very sturdy item but I do not know if it could withstand freezing temperatures.
Question:	Sell us some replacement feet, please
Answer:	It depends more on trunk thickness than height. I've had trees up to 7' in this stand but last year I had a shorter tree but it had a fat trunk and I had to trim off some of the sides. The cup that you slide onto the trunk of the tree is about 5" in diameter and it is rounded at the bottom. I just put my tree up today and I have about a 7' Fraser Fir, the cup slid nicely onto the trunk but any thicker and I would have had to shave some off.
Question:	What is the exact size of the eye bolts
Answer:	Well for me it was a dream come true talk about reducing Christmas arguments. As for watering it is just like any other tree stand. You have to bend over and pour it into the base. But be sure to pull the peddle all the way out. Step on it to adjust the tree and then once straight take the foot off the peddle and push the peddle back into the base. Once I figured that out it was A LOT eaiser.
