For such an installation you should by a kit that has a tank that looks like the Anaheim and the faucet as well. Then there will be instructions on how to install it.

Answer:	There are 2 mini carabiners at each end of the chain. One is always connected to the o-ring on the side. The chain is run through the other side o-ring. Then you can run it through a plate or around a dumbbell. Then connect carabiner to same side as other carabiner. This belt is better than most because the part of the chain not attached to the weight should cinch down and keep it secure on your hips. On many belts the chain is not long enough to wrap through and so it is left balancing on your hips not cinched down.

Answer:	I'm a shade smaller (33-34") and I got the "S". There's plenty of room in there for bigger, as the belt doesn't "buckle" the way a usual heavy belt does. Instead the chain lashes the two ends together, so there's quite a bit a range there. I feel pretty confident that the "S" would be OK if you're looking to stay the same or get smaller. If you're looking to bulk up, then maybe consider the "M"
