Answer:	No. They would be too big and heavy for that. But they come with light stands and can be mounted on those.

Answer:	Mine fits perfectly. There is a twist handle/knob on the light that secures it to the stand. You need to undo the twist knob to loosen the tightening screw at the base of light until the light slides over the top of the pole. The Tightening screw will line-up with a wide groove toward the top of the pole. Then twits the knob to tighten the screw until the light is secure.
