Question:	Are replacement lids available? I removed gasket to clean, now it leaks
Answer:	I dont know actually, but the lip ring never stains or tarnishes. Ive used them for years. They stay silver without staining or changing in appearance ever. In my experience.

Answer:	It is not what I would call heavy. Best coffee mug I have ever owned. Coffee stays hot for a very long time. I’ve bought three over the years and still use my original.
Question:	I need a replacement seal for my Contigo Snapseal lid
Answer:	No. I use the dishwasher anyway, but it has made the paint peel on all of these that I have had.

Using Your New Travel Mug

Heat check.

Careful! Your freshly brewed coffee might be very hot. Let it cool down with the lid off for a few minutes before attaching the lid and heading out the door, and keep the hot coffee out of the reach of children (kids shouldn't drink coffee anyway).

Do's and don'ts.

We don't recommend carrying filled travel mugs in your bag while on-the-go (it's safer for your cell phone this way). Also, keep your travel mug out of the microwave and the freezer.

Clean up.
