Answer:	It can be mounted to a brick wall, but you will need to purchase additional hardware. The hardware included with this unit was designed for the most common mounting applications, which does not include brick walls. We recommend using an experienced contractor for correct mounting and consideration of the wall strength and exact brick design to best install this unit in the exact application.

Answer:	Yes. I believe one (possibly two) grey reusable microfiber mopping pads were included. This surprised me, as no pads were listed in the description.

This mop is easy to fill and works well and cannot be used in a mop bucket and wringer. The mopheads remove easily for washing and last a long time.
