Answer:	Hi, yes they can be used for that however it is important to note that they are not leakproof and there is also the potential for whatever is inside to be damaged because the sides are soft and flexible.

Answer:	Hi. Thank you for your question. The sides are soft so you cannot stack them as if they were solid coolers or chilly bins. The are designed to fold down completely so that they can be stashed or stored discretely in a cupboard or under a car seat etc.

Answer:	I don’t know yet about how well it keeps things cold, but I’ve been on deliveries that ended up taking over 20 minutes, and the customer’s order has stayed as hot as when I put it in the bag. I’m super pleased with its performance.

Answer:	I have not tried that personally but I have used them to transport groceries. I never had an issue keeping items cold or frozen but the temperature was much cooler.

Answer:	Handles are great. We don’t carry super heavy items, no more than about 12 pounds. We have had them in the back of our suv for quite awhile. We shop 45 miles from home and just carry from vehicle to house with no problem!
Question:	How long do things stay cold
Answer:	I picked up a bunch of frozen food and had a stop to make before I could go home. The drive home from the grocery story was an hour and I stopped to visit someone in between for about another hour. I left these bags in my closed car, windows up on a 75 degree day. By the time I got home my food had been in these bags for about 2 1/2 hours and everything was still frozen. These bags are great, easy to stack things in and easy to carry in from the car. I highly recommend these bags.

Answer:	This machine can definitely make a flatbread with these characteristics - you may need to practice once or twice to determine the best thickness. I strongly recommend you use parchment paper, as per the directions with the machine.
Question:	are they tall enough for Costco milk
Answer:	I've made Lebanese flat bread in it. It's thinner than pita because it's a wrap rather than a pocket. It puffs up during cooking like pita and because there isn't much suave between the stone and element (approximately 5cm), since of them were a but singed on top. It didn't affect the flavour and I'll definitely use the Breville to make flatbreads again. However, since pita would probably puff up more, I think they would burn more. I can understand that the space is quite shallow in order to generate the great needed for a pizza. I think it'd be written having a go at making pita in it to see what happens. I think naan would be great in it because it doesn't puff up as much as pita.

Answer:	I had the same problem. You will have to unscrew the pivot and drill the hole deeper. That was what I had to do.

Answer:	I measureed 15 3/4 by a ruler. The board is not cheaply made and my hospital rehabilitation physical therapist was very impressed by it when I showed it to her. I onlly use it for balance. I place it on the floor in a kitchen counter 90 degree angle so I can reach out to stablize myself if I start to lose balance.

Answer:	It comes with both the roller and the ball.
Question:	How tall is this bag when open
Answer:	The Ultimate ProGym includes 3 Resistance Tubes 20 LB (Green), 30 LB (Red), 40 LB (Blue). You can obtain 7 levels of resistence by creating different combinations of the tube strengths.
Question:	How tall is the bag after it's zipped closed (approx.) ? It looks a bit shorter in the picture
Answer:	I would only double up on the strongest tube, the lighter ones break after a month of use

Question:	Can these bags be washed in the washing machine
Answer:	You could contact customer service about it but the dvd isn't as good as what you could find in you tube. Just type in "foam roller" in the you tube search and many wonderful ways of using the roller will appear.
Question:	are they waterproof
Answer:	Not quite sure, but after fairly consistent use for about 2 months the one I purchased cracked slightly, and I'm only 145lbs. It didn't split entirely down the middle, but not sure how much longer it will hold. The ball included with it, though, is solid.
Question:	Are the handles long enough to carry on your shoulder
Answer:	Hello! Thank you for your question. There isn't a difference other than the size. It's likely that the 12" works better when massaging compared to the 18" based on the smaller size of the roller. Hope this helps!
