Answer:	Almost definitely unless you keep it perfect level the entire time. The container itself is leak proof but the top tray just rests on the bowl and there wouldn't be anything to keep the soup from moving around

Answer:	The dimensions for the bottom bowl are 7" x 7" and 2" deep. The upper tray fits into it, so is a little smaller. I've used it for salads only. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does this container spill if turned on its side in a kids lunch box
Answer:	I put my lettuce, tomato and onion in the top section and my chibata roll and meat in the bottom so it doesn't get soggy. It only fits on it's side in my lunch bag and has not leaked at all. I just tested it with water in the bottom. Turned it upside down and on it's side and shucked it. No leaks between compartments or to outside. The gasket sealed it completely.

Answer:	Absolutely not, when I put them in my lunch bag & head to work I have to take the train, so I'm always swinging my bag around to avoid touching people. That's why I love this, when they say100% leak proof they where not kidding, take a look at the inside of the lid, you will see a space it actually grips the container when you put it on the close it. This is a good buy.
