Answer:	I haven't purchased the pan you mentioned, but it does indeed hold my largest lasagna dish neatly with its lid. One of the great things about this size 'lugger' is that it holds almost everything I need to take including napkins, utensils in the outer pocket. Wipes clean in a flash.

Answer:	This will hold multiple containers - I would get a 9" x 13" pan and place multiple containers within them to see what sizes work best. As far as retaining heat? I've travelled short distances - so, I am not sure of the long hours. Pyrex sells a hot/cold pack that can go inside the container for a nominal price. I think that will help keep your foods warm for at least 3-4 hours.

Answer:	I had cooked chicken wings in it for 10 hours and they stayed nice and hot. I also had a shrimp pasta in one and put ice on the bottom in a ziploc and it stayed cold the entire day and the ice was still frozen. It works like a cooler so I would think you would be safe for a good length of time if the meat were cooked and frozen. I love the carriers and bought 2 more.

Answer:	Hi. We are confident our bags can keep your frozen foods chilled even if the ambient temperatures are high. As others have stated to extend their effective chilling time it is best if you can keep your frozen items all together, secure the zippers tightly, and open infrequently.

Answer:	18 hours is well beyond the limits of these bags. Even with ice packs and cold temperatures we doubt that these would be able to keep your frozen goods from thawing out. We would suggest a high-end cooler bin for this application.

Answer:	Filled to total capacity, this water bottle holds sixty-four ounces. It should be noted that this amount will cause the bottle to be bulky and may not serve the purpose intended. I use mine to heat a pet bed for foster kittens and do not want it to bulge. I fill it to half capacity. I would also like to state that the bottle measures, below the neck, approximately seven and one-half inches wide, by ten and a half inches long. I really need two to line the bottom of the pet bed. I have not been able to find the larger water bottles of my youth. This product works well in terms of heat retention. I simply wish it was larger.

Answer:	The straps are 20 inches long, but above the top of the bag, the loop you can put an arm through is only 7 inches long. Enough to get a moderate size arm through if you choose to carry these on your shoulders. I wish the straps were a little longer.
Question:	Can you use a hot or cold pack inside carrier
Answer:	The bag is 16 in tall, and 12 in wide, just like the picture looks. Also 7 in deep when fully opened. Holds a lot!
Question:	is it too big for carrying two pies
Answer:	I haven't tried, but would guess that 2 mediums are more realistic. If your boxes are around 10 inches across, you'd probably fit two of them in there: it has quite a wide top that zippers closed, so the whole depth and width of the bag can be used. But if you want pizzas that are 16 inches or more across, your boxes will probably be bigger than the outer dimensions of this bag, and it's not going to stretch enough to accommodate them, I think.
