Answer:	The zipper is arched up from end to end. So it is about 6 1/2 inches tall on each end of zipper and 7 3/4 inches in the middle. Love the new larger and sturdier zipper! Then there is a 3 inch tall handle.
Question:	Can you fit 3 16oz Tervis Tumblers side by side in this pouch? I am not concerned with being able to zip it up; I just want to carry 3 cups easily
Answer:	I'm not sure how tall those cups are, but if you don't want it to zip shut I believe they will fit (if not side by side then definitely in a cluster of 3 - imagine the finger holes on a bowling ball). I'm also not sure what your end goal is with this lunch bag, but you may want to keep in mind it's just fabric in this general shape, it doesn't have true/sturdy structure to it so if these glasses are filled with liquid while you're carrying them it's going to be messy....

Answer:	I put one of the deer park sport water bottles in the side mesh pocket and all it did was tilt and then fall out. Maybe if it was a different shaped bottle it might work better

The zippers glide around the lunchbox with ease and i just absolutely love that it's got many compartments

Answer:	I think it depends on what type and how many freezer packs you put in there. If you put a single small one and leave the pack at room temp then I would say no. If you pack it with 3 or 4 then it will likely stay cool all day in a room temperature setting. It doesn't have an insulating layer built into the bag if that helps.
