Answer:	My daughter in law says that it is velcroed into the bag and can be removed. I remember when we unpacked it that the pump part was boxed up. I think the bag has a place for the plug to go through so it can be plugged in without removing it from the bag, and all of the tubing and things are easily stored in the bag, so she has been using the pump in the bag.

Question:	Where is the adapter that lets you dual pump. I got mine in from Amazon today and couldn't find the adapter anywhere in the box. Does it come with it
Answer:	There is no adapter, there are 2 places to plug the tubes into- you simply remove the "clear plastic top" off of the bottom hole on the bottom of the machine. If you want to dual pump just plug each tube into the holes on the front of the machine- when you only want to pump one- just replace the "clear plastic top" back. Also note, this clear plastic will not fall off it is attached to the machine. I think the instructions in the box are out dated. I hope this helps.
Question:	Could you please tell me what all comes with this specific pump? Is everything included to use as a double pump
Answer:	Everything you need to use as a double pump is included (two tubes, two back-flow valves, two breast shields, two valves, two bottles, and two caps for the bottles - I think nipples for the bottles, too, but I've never used those). I love this pump - I had a Medela pump for my first kiddo and this one has been working much better for me.
Question:	How many/what accessories would you recommend for a first time pumper who will be working an office job M-F
Answer:	ALL you need are milk bags and a bag to carry it all in. It sounds crazy, but I pumped DIRECTLY into the bags! I really liked the Lansinoh brand milk bags and a Vera Bradley tote for carrying everything. There's also no need to refrigerate fresh milk for up to 9 hours, as long as it is kept at room temperature. So I just put it in the VB bag, rinsed out the shields and attachments before and after using and stored them in the bag between pumpings. I washed the parts thoroughly every night and refrigerated the milk as soon as I got home. It was never unrefrigerated for more than 7 hours. Storing everything in the bag, including the milk, ensured that I would never leave work and forget my milk! I pumped for 3 years total for three kids, so I have tried all of the pumps and accessories and methods. This is the best pump and the easiest way to do it!
Question:	Does the milk go through the tubing like in the medela
Answer:	No it does not. It has a backflow filter that creates a barrier between the tubing and flanges. Since it is a closed system, you don't have to replace your tubing.. Unless you misplace them. But milk does get into the filter, so make sure you clean them. The filters are easily opened and closed, perfect for an easy cleaning. I recommend using babyganics foaming dish and bottle soap to clean the pump flanges, valves, bottles, and filters. It gets the residue off and rinses clean. I also use a skinny nipple cleaner (I buy the cheap babies r us brand skinny nipple cleaners) to get any gunk out of the part that connects the filter and breast pump (if you purchase it you'll see what I'm talking about). I also recommend boiling your parts or using a steam sterilizer bag to kill off any bacteria every other day or weekly. Also, if you ever lose your valves or rip them, and need to replace them ASAP the Medela valves and membranes are compatible with the spectra S1, S2, M1, and 9 breast pump flanges. If you decide to purchase this breastpump, first check with your insurance if you are eligible to receive a free breastpump covered by your insurance. Call and ask to see if your insurance company's DME supplier for breast pumps is Edgepark medical. Edgepark carries the S2 model and the 9+ model. I'm sorry if this is lengthy, just wanting to make this as clear as possible to understand.

Answer:	the bottles and such work on it, but the back flow protectors are not the same (shouldn't be an issue because those come with it). As for hacking to work with meddle parts, you should be able to google it.

Answer:	I think that it should. I pumped on my way home from work but never needed more then the charge at home to get me through a 12 hour shift (2 to 3 pumps) and a 4th on the way home. It never lost suction or slowed down. I've nursed 3 kids and am a lactation consultant, I recommend this pump to all my friends.

Answer:	Yes! It is a tight fit so I would not recommend drying the cover - but it definitely is removeable and washable!
Question:	I have read that this product has some problems with its odor. Does the pillow keep that toxic odor over time

This glue was non-toxic and safe, but did have a smell to it. This was a one-time situation on a few pillows and was corrected immediately. Question:	I'm plus size. Does the wrap around expand for voluptuous mamas
Answer:	I am size 14/16, (189 lbs) and there is maybe 5 to 6 inches of strap left to tighten in the band after I pull it tightly while wearing the pillow. My honest opinion, anybody over a size 20/22 may find they have issues fitting into the pillow comfortably. But it also depend where you carry your weight.. ;)

Answer:	My Brest Friend has not used fire retardants since the law requiring it changed in December 2010. We follow the highest level of safety, health concerns and government regulations.
