Answer:	We use our hot dog steamer at our Cafe and we had 80 hot dogs at one time, it might take about 30 minutes to warn up the hot dogs once the steamer is ready. About the hot dog buns, never tried putting them wraped up in it, it takes about two minutes and you better get them out or they will get soggy. So load up the buns as you start to serve, you should have the next batch ready by the time you served the first one. We turn the heat down if the hot dogs are going to stay longer then one hour or they will over cook. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, they are great, strong and no spill at all.

Answer:	I don't know exactly how many ounces each section can hold but it is a very hefty portion of food. I put salad with a small container of dressing in the largest section, a very large helping of chicken salad and a generous portion of fruit in the other two sections. I also added a croissant in a bag on top and everything fit. My guests appetites were satiated. No one left hungry. I like these much better than the white take out boxes that are available everywhere. You really can't go wrong in choosing these.

Answer:	The boxes closed pretty tightly. I had two items with juices/sauces and would feel very comfortable putting the boxes in my car and transporting them.

Answer:	They aren't leak proof at all. They are made out of compostable paper. If what I pack for lunch is moist or liquidy I line it with parchment paper. I use these everyday for my husband's lunches and they work great.

Answer:	I actually used mine twice, but Betwtr wash thwm by hand if you plan to re-use them since the water temparature in dishwasher is too hot and considering the washing time

Answer:	Oh my, you will probably want something a lot bigger than these plastic cups since each container holds just 2 ounces.
Question:	Do these containers stain when storing foods with a red sauce like chili or spaghetti
Answer:	Not sure, but since it is cellulose, I would treat it as brown waste. Why worry? Just compost it.
