Answer:	The key lock cylinder can be removed by inserting the key into the ignition and then inserting a pointy instrument (awl, ice pick, skinny phillips screwdriver, etc.) into the small hole located below the the ignition key cylinder. While pressing in with the pointy tool, turn the ignition key and pull out on it. The cylinder should come out. To put the old lock cylinder into the new ignition lock housing, be sure that the D-shaped protrusion on the lock cylinder aligns with the D-shaped impression in the lock housing. I would suggest looking for a good video on the replacement of the housing. Pick the video that doesn't require removing the steering wheel.

Answer:	The container easily holds the 18.5lbs of cat food I purchase with a bit of room for my scoops. The front/lid latch side is 10-1/4"wide x15-3/4"deep(sides)x19-1/4" high (including the top of lid & with the wheels). Without the wheels it is 17-3/4"high. Wheels are sturdy, roll & turn easily. The sides of container are opaque & a front latch side strip4-1/" wide & running the height of container is clear= easy to see how much food is left in the container. The interior lid is lined all the way around with a white flexible seal & keeps the cat food fresh. My cats do not like or eat stale food (neither do I) & I have been battling trying to seal the large/small store bags of cat food for years to no avail. My cats are now eating down to the last nibble in this container. I am very happy with this IRIS container!

The kibble I use is a smaller size: Kirkland Healthy Weight. I put the full 40 pounds into the bin, then stirred about 4 pounds of Science Diet into the top few inches, as I'm changing my dog's food. this left plenty of room for the measuring cup I use to sit on top of the food in the bin. I love this bin! Just the right size and I love that I can wheel it around, and that it's not ugly to have in my kitchen.

Answer:	I do not add anything to this food, but we do feed a variety of different seeds, gravel, fruit, groats, greens, etc. so that our bird eats different things.

Answer:	My bird wont eat anything on the floor of his cage. I hang all his treats up. You can use a clothes pin if the stick doesnt have its own hanger.

Answer:	I hang the treat at the top of the cage. My husband made a little box approx 5 inches my 5 inches out of wood and put it under where the stick hangs. he attached it to the side of the cage. Now the extra seeds fall into the box, we also will put some fresh vegies that won't fit into the clips easily in the box. Our small birds love the little box and forge for their treats. The box was really easy to make just small scrap wood. They sell simple wood boxes on here it you are not handy.

Answer:	I try to ship my merchandise out within 1 business day, no later than 2 business days after I receive order/payment. Not sure where you saw 3-5 weeks; perhaps you are seeing that it takes 3-5 days for you to receive it ? Not sure, just wondering.
Question:	Just watched the unboxing video—so they are not “clear” as the pictures make them out to be. they are more “cloudy
Answer:	They are very large so I washed by hand. Plastics in general are top shelf dishwasher safe but I can't imagine the dishwasher large enough for these.
Question:	Will it hold a 10 lb bag of sugar
Answer:	Just got mine this week. They are not clear like the picture shows. They are like a Tupperware item. You can see through them but they are nothing like advertised. I'll be using them to store bags of beans in so I will be able to see the difference in the light and dark beans.
Question:	What are the dimensions [L x W x H]
Answer:	Yes. The gasket is the dark grey line in the lid that you can see in the photos. The gasket makes a snug fit into a groove in the lid. The seal is very tight when the four levers are snapped down. I do not see a way to remove and replace the gasket when cleaning so it's probably better to leave it in place.
