Answer:	The tray is plenty sturdy and has a solid strip that hugs the floor so everything goes in the pan. The brush is excellent - note the 2 colors of the bristles, the light ones at the end are stiffer so if something is stuck on the floor it will free it. The brush is key and this is excellent. I also have a Rubbermaid I paid a lot more for but the bristles bend too much and launch most of what I'm trying to clean up all over the kitchen.

Answer:	The roll and holder turn as you pull a piece off the roll. We have several of these, both wall and stand. They work. The base does not turn. The roll fits tightly on the holder. The roll and holder turn.

Answer:	I have never removed the ratchet. I believe it's concealed in the base. I've had no reason to pull the base apart for anything. The springy thing in the middle holds the paper towel roll firmly. This towel holder works. I have several, both standing and wall-mounted. If you wall-mount one of these, make sure you screw into a stud or blocker or use the best drywall hardware, the ones that have a butterfly spring thing you screw into.

On the non standard roll then the inside roll can be larger, the snapping motion should still help this to work. I have gone and tested rolls we have here and they are working correctly

Answer:	Yes, as long as you use a sharp object get in-between the glass and the glued down edges of the screen to separate. Just don't scratched the lcd under the screen or you will have a permanent scratch under the new glass showing.
