Question:	what is the thread count for these sheets
Answer:	No, microfiber is not cotton. I can't read the tiny little tag on these sheets, but most of the time it is a polyester fiber. This is not "your Mothers" polyester, however. This microfiber is extremely soft, yet does not wrinkle like cotton. The fiber is so fine it can be woven like cotton, thus giving you such a high thread count. Hope this helps.

Answer:	When it comes to "Microfiber" sheets, thread count means nothing. In fact, most of the time it will only appear they are advertising thread count by saying "1800" (implies very high thread count), "Soft as 600 thread count" etc. In fact, all microfiber sheets are very thin. When you hold them up to the light, they have the opaqueness of tissue paper. You can often determine the quality by the shipping weight (and therefor amount of material used). No matter what the advertising claims, they are all $20-30 MSRP sheet sets.

Answer:	No. Stainless steel and aluminum are not ferrous metals, so induction will not work. You need cookware made of steel, cast iron, etc.

Answer:	Mark - These sheets are microfiber - not cotton threads; they act like high cotton thread-count-600ish - very soft and drapey. Wash extremely well and don't winkle!

Answer:	Pilling is caused by the sheets having been made with a shorter fiber. Try to find longer fiber cotton (e.g., Egyptian). BTW, high thread count is a myth. If the cotton is low quality, it doesn't matter how many threads there are per inch. It's still low quality cotton. Don't buy under 200, but anything over 800 is overkill. Look for longer fibers. Organic is nice if you want to avoid the exposure to chemicals used in the finishing process, though that exposure may be diminished by washing the sheets prior to first use.

Answer:	Possibly. The side edges are held in place by small nails. We have three of these, and one side of one did detach. We reattached it easily with the additional of some wood glue and it is very sturdy. We use ours for an unconventional purpose too: We use three side by side to cover our stovetop burners, and thus add some additional 'counter space' to our kitchen. We have gotten many compliments on our creative use of space. Sometime I will have a rice mixer, a food processor or a blender on the board and they are definitely sturdy enough. However, we don't store our appliance on the boards.

Care and Maintenance

Keeping Your Board Sanitized:

Wash your John Boos cutting board with hot soapy water after each use and dry with a clean towel or let it air dry. For further sanitation, the board can be rinsed with a vinegar or chlorine bleach solution. (1 teaspoon bleach to one quart of water/5-to-1 ratio of vinegar to water) Do not soak the board in water, this will damage the wood. Like all natural wood cutting boards, John Boos boards are not intended for the dishwasher.

Maintaining Your Board:

Oil your cutting board on all surfaces every 3-4 weeks to maintain the original Boos block cream finish with beeswax. Answer:	As long as the sink was less than 17” wide you may have some success trying that. Works best when laying fully on a flat counter.

Answer:	It’s a rough finish and is made for tiling. It sits on top of the cement board then the tile hides the edges. You’d see the fasteners if you don’t tile, and it’d be very difficult to clean.

Question:	Does the drainboard have an incline so that the water flows towards the drain
Answer:	Hi, the actual discharge on the pump is 1-1/4 inch. you should be able to use your old pipe. you just might need 1 adapter and that's it. Also, the pump will fit into a 4inch casing or larger so you will be fine with your 6inch casing. Just make sure you don't put the pump past 100-160 feet down the well
