Spoon one normal-sized lump of cookie dough in the center of each of the four squares. Press lid down and cook for 1 minute, until lightly browned. If you are using nuts in the recipe, press lid down firmly and cook for 1 minute, 15 seconds. Fold a paper towel in half several times to make a pad, and use a fork to lift the cookie onto the pad, then onto a cooling rack. It works for most kinds of drop cookies.

Answer:	Okay, this is going to sound a bit weird, but it reflects my solution to the same problem. Leave the waffle iron on until the blueberries, or what ever fruit you have added dries out completely and thoroughly. Then cook a fruitless "sacrificial" waffle. Presto chango when it pops out, a clean waffle iron remains. I view this as a kind of a self-cleaning "feature". The next question is whether or not to eat the sacrificial waffle.

Answer:	Seller, please respond re temperature. The site says they're good to 500 F. If oil was used, that could be the issue; these are not-stick so no butter or oil is needed. Another possibility would be that the oven calibration is off. A couple of oven thermometers can confirm this.

Answer:	I purchased this specifically to make Liege waffles. With my previous waffle maker difficulty of cleanup made making them a chore. The waffles are excellent because the plates are very deep and the thermostat and cooking timer well set and finely regulated!
