Question:	Can you cook any kind of rice with this steamer
Answer:	The interior at the top is 3 3/4 inches diameter. It tapers down to about an inch less (2 3/4) at the bottom. It's true stainless steel, as it doesn't rust even though we keep it in the sink to hold used cutlery waiting to be loaded into the dishwasher.
Question:	What size of rice basket can be put inside? What is the size of the two steaming racks
Answer:	There are no perforations at the bottom. I do not know if it rusts as I am using the ones I ordered for a wine holder for a boat.

Answer:	can easily hold 20-30 spoons/forks. I am using as a caddy in a cabinet to hold all my over-sized/rarely used cooking utensils and bring out the whole caddy only when I need them. 1. In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar and baking powder. Make well in center; pour in milk, stirring until jagged dough is formed. Add water and oil; stir until combined, adding more water if needed to bring dough together.

2. On lightly floured surface, knead dough for 5 to 7 minutes or until smooth and soft. Place in bowl; cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.

3. Toss together shredded pork, green onions, hoisin, soy sauce and vinegar.

4. Divide dough into 12 portions; roll or stretch each portion into 4-inch round. Place pork mixture into center of each round; gather dough to enclose filling, pinch on top.

Answer:	The entire food container is glass. Glass dish and lid. The only part that is plastic is the container for the water. Nothing plastic touches the food. This is a great steamer and I use it all the time. The glass goes right in the dishwasher and the plastic part just air dries.

Question:	Are the floors of the baskets detachable or are the baskets (minus the lids) one-piece? In other words can the bottom drop out

Follow that with a good rinsing and allow to dry completely. As a final note, the use of distilled water for ice making is not harmful, and leaves fewer impurities behind to clean later. Answer:	Frankly, I only paid $275 for a demo model. It was just like new but no original packaging. It appears to be a quality product and matches my kitchen appliances. I was also tired of replacing cheap toasters over the years. Would I do it again? Don't know..... ask me in 10 years!

Answer:	This toaster is made in China. If you are looking for toasters made in the USA, try looking for Polytron and/or Hobart corporation. I have owned a Polytron 2 slice toaster made in the USA for over 3 years, and it works great. The 4 slice toaster is made by the same company but goes under the name Hobart. You can search for "Polytron toaster" in Google. Bought mine through a vintage toaster repair guy in New York. Price is similar to Wolf toaster. Hope this helps.

Answer:	We do not sell any parts for these steamers. We have seen some listed on eBay in the past if that's a Marketplace you would consider looking to.

Answer:	Hey Mr. Monster, Yes, there are water level indicator markings inside the unit showing minimum, 250ml & max 500ml levels. Though you do have to open the unit to see how much is left, 250ml steams one level easily, and when filled to 500ml it steams both levels just fine with water to spare.
