Answer:	The diameter of the mounting feet cover is 3 inches. The overall length is 26 3/4" end of foot cover to end of foot cover.

Answer:	We just installed these last weekend, put 2 into tiled shower. Used drill bit that specified ok with tile and used caulk around screw plate under cover to keep waterproof. Special drill bit meant tiles didn't crack. Also used stud-finder to mount on studs for added security plus used inset anchors in tile walls to ensure no pull-out when grasped. Took somewhat longer than anticipated to install but when done, not worried about them coming loose or causing safety issues.
Question:	Could the liquid be sucked out from the bag? Will it go inside the machine through this pipe
Answer:	I bought the 18 inch grab bar but from the top tip of the bracket to the bottom end of the bracket the length is 21 inches.

Answer:	Depends on what you are installing into. Wood backing, masonary, drywall with the proper anchors. The finish rings slide on bar to expose a flange that normally will have a few mounting points. Two to three fastners per side. I prefer Toggler brand snap toggles for drywall install.

Verified Purchase There was no instruction manual included in the box with the product...there wasn’t even a packing slip in the box! Nothing except the machine & the few included bags. I talked with Amazon, and the lady gave me the manufacturer’s link to their manuals online for their products. — This product is not listed! And the “space saver” model that is listed looks different than the one pictured on Amazon (which looks like the one I received)! I’m wondering if the one I received is a “knockoff”. I spoke with Amazon again. I had ordered/received the machine, extra bags, and the extra warranty — they are all being returned/refunded. I suspect that the manufacturer’s customer service is represented in this example.” In addition, I searched on the FoodSaver site for this item — I only found one “space saver” version, and it was different from this product. I was unable to find this specific one anywhere other than on Amazon. I strongly suggest you call Amazon and talk to them about a refund or a credit — or maybe you could exchange it for another FoodSaver they sell.
