Answer:	The BOV845BSS Smart Oven™ Pro and its predecessors which use the same Element IQ™ system that maintains a very accurate and specific temperature as indicated by the LCD once fully preheated. The only loss of temperature would occur from opening the door during the cooking process or not allowing the initial pre-heat to complete. Recommendations find a probe unnecessary, advice is simply to follow traditional roasting times and temperatures. Should it be necessary, keep in mind a reduction of temperature from opening the door and a requirement for needing some time to recalibrate to the indicated temperature selection. In terms of the door and probe, that would be within the realm of the operators judgment as too many variables exist on the market, though it is not something Breville has found necessary.
Question:	Can you use aluminum foil in this oven
Answer:	The BOV845BSS Smart Oven Pro™ is very similar to a traditional home oven and therefore can be approached with similar expectations. Due to the quartz heating elements (two top, two bottom, with a shield though still partially exposed) and the size of the cavity, caution should be exercised when using foil to prevent direct contact with the top heating elements especially. Careful and thoughtful alignment of the foil, tightly wrapped to avoid any contact with the heating elements is certainly required and recommended.

Answer:	10"x10.5" is the largest pan for lasagna. it actually is the size pan that comes with the product. And yes, you can bake a cake and roast a chicken in this. I'm very happy with it. RE: lasagna. the size pan is typically smaller than what you would make lasagna in, but if you did it in batches (I don't think, very practical) it would work.
Question:	How many hinges does the door have
Answer:	I don't know of any toaster ovens that don't get fairly warm or hot on the top, especially when roasting or baking for an extended time. They suggest, as does all other manufacturers, a clearance of several inches away from walls. They make a bamboo "shelf" top for their other two ovens for use of storage, but I haven't seen one for this model.
Question:	How many wire racks are included
Answer:	I have had 3 Cuisinart TOB-40 ovens. The life span was disappointedly short. A three ovens failed in the same manner. The lower heating element warped and in two cases ruptured. Cuisinart warranted ovens # 1&2. I thought maybe they improved their product and yes for the price it was the best item out there. The third oven failed and I'm no longer a Cuisinart toaster oven customer. The ovens were only used the toast, melt cheese on toast and reheat a slice pizza or other small portions of leftovers.

Answer:	I used it with Adobe Photoshop Elements and it worked fine on my iMAC running OSX. That's the only package I used it with. The fonts were very sharp both on the screen and when printed. Question:	Is the pulp very wet? I am looking into this and a few have said that the Breville models leave very wet pulp
Answer:	I had this juicer in the past and the pulp is as other described..dampish saw dust. However, I have recently gotten the Breville JE98XL Juice Fountain Plus 850-Watt Juice Extractor which I dislike. The pulp for that is wet and the way it shoots the pulp out to the catcher, causes spinach and other leafy veggies to shoot out into the catcher before ever getting the chance to juice. I may be going back to this original juicer as it seemed to work much better. Never had a problem with anything I juiced. And yes, much like Yams,Beets, and parsnips, potatoes have juice too...not sure why you would want to juice one though. Overall, I prefer this juicer over the other Breville models as they also leave particles in your juice (such as cucumber skins and parsley stems). I never had a problem like that with this model.
Question:	Are the plastic parts of this juicer BPA free
Answer:	I just got this a month ago and the box and tags from Breville state right on it that it is all BPA Free Plastic. No BPA here.
Question:	What kind of fruits/vegetables cannot be juiced on this machine? I used GE juicer - the cheap one. When I tried to juice seaweed, it did not come out much juice but with a lot of pump
Answer:	Tons of fruits and vegetables can be juiced with this machine! But, there needs to be juice in them first. Things like Bananas, maybe potatoes, and, from the sound of it, seaweed, don't have much juice to give. You may get a little, but it will probably just mince it for you. Now, apples, oranges, carrots (surprising to me), peaches, plums, pears, berries, grapes, tomatoes: so much beautiful juice. There are more. Many, many more. Mint leaf, spinach... etc. This is a fine blender, but make sure to follow the directions on specific fruits where care must be taken (Peaches have giant pits, for example).

Answer:	I found it! I hate veggies and I started juicing. I can't take much sweet fruits so this is good! Saw this post and played with it. Enjoy Pizza flavored Green juice 2"diameter size Kumato tomatos or any tomato you like. I use Kumato Hand full of Endive about 3 leaves pulled off 1/4 of a LARGE head of Cauliflower. I used the orange cauliflower it taste the same has different nutritional values 1 to 2 hands full of baby spinach small handful baby carrots 1 three inch English cucumber AKA Hot House cucumber Not peeled. 2 1/2 oz of your favorite pizza sauce1/4 red pepperLittle bit of fresh African or Italian basil Little bit of fresh oregano Separate from veggies take 2 1/2 oz of your favorite pizza sauce. I used Von's Brand Select. DO NOT put this in with the veggies in your juicer instead put it in the juice cup the juice comes out into. This is only for the pizza flavor ! This is very good and very close to Pizza sauce without the little pizza sauce added ,I am thinking becausse of the tomatos are cooked in pizza sauce, so you might want to try the ingrediants with cooked tomato instead of pizza sauce. I figured the little amount that's put in is not bad. You're still getting all the good veggies in !Enjoy :)

Answer:	Hard to say... it doesn't register on my kitchen scale. They are more expensive than other tablets, with the positive that they are an exact fit in the cleaning tablet holder. We use a descaler called Durgol in the Breville water tank when it's time to clean the works.

Answer:	I know it fits the Breville, because I use it for that purpose. I would double check Nespresso's website and double check. Even Amazon is good about checking fit for you.

Answer:	Hi Gianne! Thanks for checking on this! We currently have Joule available for preorder and shipping within the US only, and Joule will not be covered by our warranty when used outside of the US. However, we are very committed to our international members, and we plan to expand to some international markets in the future. We hope to expand to international markets as soon as possible, but we do not currently have a firm ETA.
Question:	How do I setup up to cook a medium rare steak for 1 person, and a medium/medium well steak for another person, at the same dinner table
Answer:	Start the medium-well steak an hour before you start the medium rare. So begin at the higher temp for one hour, then lower the temp (you can add some ice cubes) to the medium rare temp, add the steak, and cook. The medium-well steak will not cook further, it will simply hold its done-ness until your medium-rare steak is done. Additionally, both steaks can sit in the water once completed until you're ready to serve. Simply remove from bags, pat dry and give them a quick sear for color. You're good to go. I do the same thing with veggies - I begin my veggies at a higher temp for an hour, then lower the temp and add my protein and cook accordingly. The veggies are always perfect, as are my proteins.
Question:	What happens if you take the phone out of Bluetooth range, or shut the phone off
Answer:	Joule utilizes both Bluetooth and wifi. As long as it is connected to your wifi network at home, Joule will continue to function with the app. I have had Joule cooking my food while I was away from home, at work, and the app will still connect to Joule over the cellular network. I have not tried turning my phone off while Joule and the app were running. I can only assume that Joule will either just continue the current task, or that it will pause and wait for you.
Question:	If the company were to go out of business presumably the app would no longer be supported and the tool would be useless. Am I wrong
Answer:	Since Joule is now compatible with Alexa, if the company ever ceases to update their app Alexa skill could be a workaround that wouldn’t require the Joule app. All youd need is WiFi and Alexa, and that’s not going outta style any time before the device croaks. Also, unlike other sous vide circulators Joule has the unique capability to update its firmware. So hopefully they’ll do the ethical thing and make their very last update to work w/o the app (tho it’ll be very frustrating, as the device itself does not have a screen and has only one button, thus its operation would definitely be very difficult and prone to user error every use.) These are just my plebeian logic…in theory. But…ChefSteps did have a separate app w/ much more recipes for everything you can think of, which they discontinued a while back. Perhaps they thought 1 app could serve both purposes, but now it’s just the 1 app and about 100 recipes available are solely limited to sous vide. Hope they will do right by their customers. Hope this helps a little.
