Question:	Can a good sized nut fit in this, like cashew! We bought another one and even a small nut won't fit! Can it be easily adjusted
Answer:	This nut chopper works better with multiple, medium to small size nuts. I tried it with almonds and they don't work at all, they are too hard. The softer nuts (like cashews) would work well. I use it to make some of the bird seeds and nuts smaller (i.e., peanut pieces and some larger, like 1/4" nuts and seeds). It IS all plastic, so can't be a sturdy as a glass nut chopper. It loads and unloads easily and you can turn it one way for larger pieces and the other way for smaller pieces.
Question:	Would this work for breaking dog kibble into smaller pieces (without crushing it to powder
Answer:	Yes, would this Nut Chopper break up dog kibble into smaller pieces without it going all to powder? Yes. I use my Nut Chopper as a First Process to get almonds down to a size that my coffee bean grinder can handle to finally get the almonds down to powder. But the kibble pieces will be small. At first you might not notice but on both sides of the chopper wheel, the front, if grinding with the right hand, the slots are smaller and so you will get a finer grind by turning forward with the right hand, but the back side of the chopper the slots are larger for a coarser chop. SO my guess is that this would be a good fit for you, but use it with your left hand turning the crank forward and that will probably give you a chop with very little powder.
Question:	Has anyone used this on mesquite beans? If so, does it work well
Answer:	I've only used it for nuts, and it works very, very well on those.

Question:	Would this chop garlic
Answer:	Almonds are hard, and this chopper chopped right thru them. I bought this for the purpose of chopping Almonds and Walnuts. If the garlic is wet, it may not chop to well, but if the garlic is dry, then I think it would chop it. I say go for it... this little thing is rather cheap, and if it doesn't chop your garlic, it can chop your nuts for baking.
Question:	I want to chop almonds, almonds are not as soft as walnuts - right? will this chop almonds . . . and last for a long time chopping said almonds
Answer:	The treads cracked, but I can still screw it together. As far as the chopping, I am pleased with it, using almonds and pecans, walnuts, and others. It was used for breakfast by my family, and a few recipes. I was just upset that the plastic threads broke in 4 months, because it chops the way I like it, course or fine.
Question:	When the chopper clear plastic jar breaks, can a glass jar be used
Answer:	Excellent question Robin - I went and tried it with regular canning jars and it is too big then I tried misc pickle, cherry and other odd jars I have. None fit so my answer would be no but of course I don't have one of every kind, even though my husband would probably say I do - lol, it "may be" you would come across a stray jar that would accommodate the top section. I would not count on it, hope my long winded answer helped you.
Question:	I want to chop small dry dog kibbles into smaller pieces but not pulverized pieces. Would this work
Answer:	I have had this nut chopper for several months. The plastic threads (where the plastic top screws into the plastic base) have begun to crack and small plastic shards are now found among the chopped nuts. If you want to crack your dog's teeth, this is a good product.

Answer:	This chopper does not chop well. It feels like it’s dull.
Question:	How long should this product last with proper use? Mine only lasted 3 uses! Very unsatisfied
Answer:	Product not worth the cost I am not satisfied at all with the product. In fact it should last for ever since I do not use it at all anymore.I find it easier .quicker and better to use a knife..Not happy with the product at all.

Answer:	Yes! I have used this food chopper for chopping onion, it was excellent! It does everything well!
Question:	Does this product seem heavily made? Not flimsy at all
Answer:	I’m returning the SECOND one I purchased. The first arrived in a chewed up mangled box and that did not chop... seriously came out of the box broken. It was a great shade of red so I returned the first and ordered another one. 2 days later I received another chopper - same exact issue. Mangled box and broken chopper.

Answer:	I wear glasses and you can't even tell you have the headphones on. They are the most comfortable headphones I've ever owned. And I've owned many over the years of all brands and prices. You won't be disappointed.

Answer:	This keeps happening with our set, too. I wonder if there is some kind of short in the cord. Sometimes a bit of jiggling restores function, but it is a frustrating problem. They are great when they work, but I am thinking I might have to return them for replacement soon.
