Question:	Does the wine stopper keep the wine fresh? I ask because I see the hole goes all the way through the cork
Answer:	In theory, you can leave it plugged in. My practice has always been to unplug devices when they are charged.

Answer:	Generally works with synthetic corks. However, it is slightly underpowered so it can be slow with synthetic or hard natural corks. Nice device and easy to use. Excellent foil cutter.

Answer:	Did you contact customer service? I would urge you to do so if you haven't. As for the box, mine came white with Ozeri printed on it along with what the boxes contents are, a picture of the bottle and contents along with bar code and description. As for the 'bottle' shape container IT IS MATTE black with a small printed logo Ozeri. I am sure that the contents are just as useful without the print, but again. If this is an issue I would urge you to contact customer service it very well could have just been a minor printing over site. Good luck!

Answer:	Battery is internal/build in and its not changeable. Not an AAA or AA battery required. Its build in and charged only.

Answer:	I own one and it works perfectly. I sent out a number of them as gifts, asked Amazon to gift wrap it, and to put a gift card in the box. I have no idea what it looks like, but the thank you's from the recipients are all positive!

Answer:	I don't think so. The charger is small and converts 120 Volts AC and outputs 9Volts DC @ 200 Milliamps to charge the unit.The unit runs on battery power.

Answer:	One comment indicated that this wine opener had a built-in rechargeable battery...another comment indicated that this unit cannot be disassembled. This unit cannot be be disassembled and the typical battery life is as stated. I purchased mine December 31 of 2016 and as of October 29 of 2019 it opened (barely) it's last bottle of wine. Will be looking for another brand that might last a little longer, however this was a great opener for the time I had it.
